Villa L'Uliveta is a typical Tuscan stone villa nestled in an olive grove—with one difference. This beautiful villa is located in the foothills of Versilia and boasts a breathtaking view of the sea and the coastline.
Surrounded by 7,000 square meters of olive grove, fully fenced, the villa features a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool (10×7 m, depth: 120-160 cm, open from mid-May to mid-October) with a changing room, outdoor shower, and a spacious sun deck with a furnished gazebo and lounge chairs. The villa covers 180 square meters and is divided into two separate structures. Sleeping up to 8 people, this home is perfect for a vacation with a large family or a group of friends.
The building is arranged over two floors. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave), a room with a foosball table, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen’s French doors open onto a beautiful veranda, equipped with a built-in barbecue and a wood-fired oven, overlooking the pool.
A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop terrace perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or simply enjoying the breathtaking view of the Versilia coast.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with private bathrooms (one features a beautiful antique bathtub with a showerhead, while the other has a shower).
