Nestled among the olive groves of Tuscany, just 9 km from Versilia’s most famous beaches, lies Villa
La Peleca, a haven of peace and relaxation, recently renovated by the owners with refined
Tuscan taste.
The property is nestled in a large garden filled with flowers, plants, and ancient olive trees,
where a private, fully equipped pool (8x4 m, 150
cm deep, open from mid-May to mid-October), a gazebo, a barbecue, and a built-in wood-fired oven,
from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the coast.
The ideal place for an unforgettable vacation with children or for two couples of friends seeking
a mix of peace, good food, the sea, sports, nightlife, and cities of art.
From the furnished veranda with large sliding glass doors, overlooking the pool and garden, you
have direct access to the outdoors, strolling among cacti and aromatic plants.
In the evening, the pool’s blue LED lights and the breathtaking sunset—which you can admire while sipping a
glass of Tuscan wine—create a magical atmosphere for al fresco dining.
The entrance opens into a spacious open-concept area featuring a Tuscan-style kitchen, enhanced with exquisite
Carrara marble (oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, American-style coffee machine
, toaster, kettle, and microwave), the living area with a fireplace, a large dining table
, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room leads to the first double bedroom, and a few steps down
you’ll find a second double bedroom, with an extra single bed.
