A traditional stone building peacefully situated on the outskirts of the tiny hamlet of Lecchi, nestled among the Chianti Classico hills between Siena and Florence.
The cottage is the result of a recent renovation that has transformed this ancient hay barn into a charming vacation home, ideal for couples and small families looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway.
Inside, the house features comfortable and cozy rooms, is tastefully furnished in a rustic style, and equipped with all modern amenities.
Outside, guests have access to a lovely covered terrace fully furnished for al fresco dining and enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding rolling hills, as well as a private garden with plenty of fruit trees and flowers.
ACCOMMODATION: 4 guests / 70 sqm
First floor: living/dining room with fireplace and kitchen area, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom (accessed via a wooden staircase to an open mezzanine level above the living-dining area), 1 bathroom with shower.
The nearby village of Staggia Senese (3 km) offers all essential services such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants, various shops, a bank, a post office, horseback riding, etc., while in the larger town of Poggibonsi (5 km), guests will find all kinds of amenities.
Some distances: Colle val d’Elsa (Golf Course) 10 km, Siena 15 km, San Gimignano 18 km, Volterra 35 km, Florence 40 km, Cecina (beaches) 75 km, Pisa 90 km, Rome 250 km.
