The apartment was clean, comfortable, well located and reasonably priced. It provided a pleasant and convenient base for exploring Milan, with plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The kitchen was missing some basic amenities, including a toaster, and had only three coffee cups. The showers also allowed water to spread across the bathroom floor.
The check-in process was frustrating. The online system failed on two different phones, and communication was slow, requiring us to follow up via WhatsApp before receiving assistance. We ultimately had to send photographs of our passports directly rather than through the intended check-in system.
None of these issues ruined our stay, but they were avoidable inconveniences that detracted from an otherwise good apartment.
