At the foot of Cortona, in a small country village, lies the I Pagliai farmhouse: a historic farmhouse from the 1600s that has been completely renovated. The I Pagliai Sopra apartment is a spacious 270-square-meter apartment spread over two floors and is ideal for accommodating 8 people. The first floor features a large fireplace, typical of traditional kitchens, and consists of a dining area and a kitchenette. On the same floor are the living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor consists of a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower, a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The house is tastefully furnished with beautiful wrought-iron beds; the original Tuscan terracotta floors and exposed beams. I Pagliai Sopra also features a loggia equipped for outdoor dining.
Outside, guests have access to a large private garden; a barbecue; a wood-fired oven; a beautiful swimming pool with an elegant wrought-iron gazebo; and a lounge where you can enjoy time together. Surrounding the house is a 25-hectare private estate planted with wheat, sunflowers, and alfalfa. The spacious outdoor areas, country life, and proximity to cities of art allow you to enjoy a vacation marked by tranquility, warmth, and culture, rediscovering the values of days gone by.
