About this apartment rental
A beautiful, newly renovated attic apartment (January 2026) with exposed beams, modern design, and a cozy atmosphere.
Ideal for short stays, whether for leisure or business, offering the best possible amenities. The spaces are fairly compact but include every possible amenity.
Just a short walk from Moscova, Sempione Park, Corso Garibaldi, and the best restaurants. Extremely convenient and quiet, it’s the ideal base for experiencing the city of Milan without needing a car.

Guest access
The apartment is located on the fifth and top floor. The building has an elevator that goes up to the fourth floor; from there, you’ll walk up a short flight of stairs to reach the top floor.
The apartment is equipped with a self-check-in system that will allow you to access the building and apartment with complete flexibility and independence. All access details will be provided after booking.

The apartment is easily accessible; the nearest metro stations are Moscova (Green Line), Turati (Yellow Line), or Garibaldi (Green Line and Lilac Line). Private parking is available nearby, both inside and outside the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone).
Other things to keep in mind
If you have a car, I recommend parking just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and walking comfortably to the house.
The ZTL in Milan is in effect every day from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Access is permitted outside these hours. Cars must be parked in the blue paid parking spaces, while the yellow spaces are reserved for residents.
