About this apartment rental
Spacious, charming accommodation with a private garden near the city center (15 minutes by bus), perfect for a relaxing vacation. The house is suitable for families and groups. The property is close to a large free parking lot, bars, a large supermarket, restaurants, and all kinds of shops. There is also an excellent rotisserie nearby where you can pick up takeout food. It is located in a beautiful historic building that once belonged to the Medici family and is situated in a safe and prestigious neighborhood. It features a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, and a living area with a large dining table. One bedroom is accessible from the living area and is furnished with a double bed as well as a futon sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed if needed (it is set up upon request). The dining area leads out to the terrace and the “secret” garden, which also features a pergola furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for starting your day with breakfast outdoors or ending it with dinner under the stars. The location is ideal, and the neighborhood is both safe and highly prestigious. In fact, the apartment is surrounded by greenery and is very quiet; it feels like being in the countryside, even though it’s just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Piazzale Michelangelo and Forte Belvedere (home to Florence’s most beautiful views and sunsets) are within walking distance on a lovely stroll. The area is also an excellent starting point for those who want to explore the surrounding countryside or other cities in the region.
