About this cottage rental
Melody House Dependance is a charming little villa with a private garden and a hot tub for exclusive use. It features a double fence that ensures complete privacy and safety for children and dogs. It has a private entrance, and parking in the adjacent gardens is free. The house is fully equipped with every comfort and comes with everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher, an espresso machine, and a washing machine, as well as a comfortable bed and dual-split air conditioning. In the garden, there is a barbecue and a wood-fired oven; under the gazebo, you can enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors. You’ll also find sun loungers and an additional in-ground pool with inflatables for total relaxation, available exclusively to guests. The house is located in a small rural village but close to the highway leading to Pisa, Florence, and Livorno. You can reach Lucca and Siena in no time, and the Tyrrhenian Sea—with its beaches and rocky shores—is just 25 km away. Additionally, there’s a 4-km-away lake with swimming facilities and Pontedera, a small town full of lovely shops and restaurants. Just a stone’s throw away are the green Tuscan hills and the Wine Route, where you’ll find wineries and traditional restaurants to enjoy authentic Tuscan specialties at reasonable prices!
