Children can play freely here, climb, and enjoy the pool, while parents relax in the shade or on their own terrace. Barbecues are available for long summer evenings.
The sea is just a few minutes’ drive away, as are the lively seaside town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci and the picturesque towns of Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri.

This apartment offers plenty of sleeping space and is practically furnished. Please note: The entrance is located in the double bedroom on the first floor, with access to the rest of the apartment. You can also enter through the kitchen door, which opens onto the private terrace.
Downstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom, and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms.
Ideal for families or groups looking for plenty of space at a good price and who don’t mind the layout. Thanks to the thick walls, the apartment stays pleasantly cool; fans are available upon request.
Please note!! Linens (towels and bed linens), if desired, must be paid for separately upon arrival!!
