DON'T DO IT! This was the WORST Booking experience we have ever had!

Location was fine. Everything else was horrible.

DON'T DO IT! This was the WORST Booking experience we have ever had! Truly disturbing and suspect a serious scam going on here. The furniture looks fine like typical IKEA furniture, so looks fine in their listing photos. BUT then you go in you see everything else is falling apart. The apartment smells like sewage and mold, the trim is literally falling off in most of the apartment due to water damage which can be seen on the walls, wires sticking out of light fixtures, the TV screen broken, no batteries in the AC remote, and then as if it couldn't get worse, no running water. Oh wait, it does get worse! Inside on the bathroom door were deep scratches around the doorknob and hammer impressions as if someone got locked in and was desperately trying to get out! That's a red flag! We arrived a family of 5 after 16 hours of travel, exhausted and needing to use the bathroom. Instead we were stuck in a disgusting apartment with no functioning bathroom and I had to spend the next 2 hours on the phone with Booking trying to figure out what to do. The management told me in Whatsapp they would refund me, asked if they could show me another apartment. No thank you! Why would I trust management who would even consider renting an apartment in such horrific conditions! Also, the cost of the disgusting apartment was over $400 per night! So taking advantage of people because of events happening in Madrid that weekend. All prices were high. Bookingcom first contacts the management to see if they'll refund me. Apparently the WhatsApp msgs don't count and I'm still waiting to hear back from Booking. What a nightmare! They seriously need to investigate these people.

nice unit if only was cared for

Great location and quite. loved the we could park the car.

no enough instructions of how the access car park. the unit is not well maintained, such as no oven door, power wires that are exposed of the ceiling, no shower fan or venting, raising damp on walls and skirting boards that are falling off the wall.

No recomiendo

Estafa.
