First of all, the location of the apartment was very good, only 10 minutes from Arco della Pace and 30 minutes from Duomo. We loved doing Milan by foot (any city as a matter of fact), so for us these distances were not a problem. There is a Carrefour Express 5 minutes away, a Carrefour Market 7 minutes away, and an Esselunga 17 minutes away.
Second of all, the apartment looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very clean, and we were even able to leave our luggage before the proper check-in time, which was very useful for us since we had 3 suitcases with us. The beds were comfortable as well - we were three people. There were also some basic condiments and a few coffee capsules in the cupboards as well as some water bottles in the fridge, which was a nice gesture for us.
Third of all, we communicated with the host very well every time a problem or a suggestion came up, even at 7 - 7:30 pm. So, hats off indeed for the communication!
There was also an elevator/lift, but we didn't use it, we used the stairs instead.
The check-in instructions were slightly unclear, so we couldn't find the apartment by ourselves once we were inside the yard. We also had an up and down with the electricity at some point.
But what I should underline is that all problems were solved promptly with the host through the phone (so, they weren't huge problems) and because of that, I decided to give the apartment a 10.

Location is superb as this is near Chinatown and near Milan centre, place was clean and comfortable and family was happy with the coolness of the airconditioning with the heat of this summer it was definitely worth it. Had an outage and they sorted it out promptly!
Nothing to complain about! Response is always quick and queries always resolved in time
