About this villa rental
Historic stone villa dating back to the 1300s. Independent apartment with an entrance off a terracotta veranda. Privacy year-round; cool in summer and warm in winter. Master bedroom with a wooden bed and a large single bed, en suite bathroom, and separate kitchen; warm lighting, antique mirrors, and a radiator that ensures comfort even in January. Direct access from the garden to the covered veranda with Tuscan terracotta tiles and exposed beams, where you can enjoy breakfast in the shade in summer and under a blanket in winter, with a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. A wooden table where you can eat indoors when it rains.
Step inside a genuine historic Tuscan villa in Montalbano, where hand-made terracotta tiles, wooden beams, and majolica tiles tell the story of the region—no stairs, no shared hallways, just privacy and silence.

The thick stone walls keep the apartment cool in summer without air conditioning. *From November through April, the apartment includes independent radiator heating*—stay warm, and the first floor remains closed to ensure total privacy.

In Vinci, a 5-minute walk from the center and the Leonardo Museum. 25 minutes to Florence, 30 minutes to Pisa. Surrounded by olive trees, cypresses, and the Montalbano Wine Route. Private parking in front of the entrance and self-check-in with a safe.

Nice place where you can spend a quiet vacation away from the crowd city life. However, if you want to visit the major cities in Tuscany such as Firenze, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, etc. they are just an hour away. Chiara is a great host and will make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay, the home is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need to feel at home. There is a fully fenced garden that was perfect for my dogs to play safely. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I loved the area, full of history, close to Florence for day trips and incredibly beautiful part of Tuscany. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful holiday.

If you are looking for a quiet escape where you walk outside and are surrounded by the beauty of the vineyards and olive farms then this is a great place to start. Nice, cozy, and relaxing. Their is a small bread shop around the corner where they make fresh pannini and a great cafe. Only 15 min away you can try some fantastic cheese and wine. Overall thw location is great to unwind and free your mind but also offers a small drive where you can wine and dine and explore the town
