About this apartment rental
60 m² — large for a one-bedroom apartment in Milan — quiet even late at night, with an elevator, two small balconies, and air conditioning in both rooms.
The M1 and M4 subway lines are each a ten-minute walk away, plus tram and bus service. Grocery stores and shops are much closer.
Then there’s the shower: a large walk-in shower with gray microcement walls, which opens onto the hallway on one side and directly into the bedroom on the other. It tends to be the thing people remember.
The living area accommodates a dining table for four, a sofa, a full peninsula kitchen, and a proper desk all at the same time—nothing has to be moved or folded away to use the room. The bedroom is separate, with a double bed and its own air conditioning.
Kitchen—induction cooktop, a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, and coffee machine. Laundry—washing machine and dryer in a dedicated closet. This is rare in Italy, and it’s what makes this apartment ideal for stays of a week or more. Work — desk with an external monitor and fast Wi-Fi. Outside—two small balconies, one off the living room.
The apartment is filled with books, design pieces, and items collected over the years. It feels more like someone’s home than a rental, and that’s really the point.
Bedding, towels, and bathroom amenities are provided, along with coffee and tea—and a bottle of wine in the fridge.
