You’ll be living in the heart of the city, and just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city center—or you can easily reach the coast by public transportation.
The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the Palazzo Ducale, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, and Piazza De Ferrari, and just a 5-minute walk from the Aquarium and Via Garibaldi with its splendid Rolli palaces.
The heart of the historic center, where Acquamarina House is located, is a neighborhood brimming with poetry and folklore, lively and cheerful yet safe, with a wealth of historic shops, street food, and traditional trattorias where you can sample and purchase a wide variety of products.


You’ll have the entire 65-square-meter apartment plus the terrace at your disposal—it’s very bright, newly renovated, and consists of:

Fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, a complete set of dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Coffee pods, herbal teas, sugar, and basic condiments. There is also additional melamine tableware for convenient use on the terrace.
