Big mountain days deserve a big finish. Lock your skis or bike away downstairs, sink into the outdoor hot tub, then wander back to your ground-floor studio to grill on the covered balcony while the gas fireplace takes the chill off. You're a short drive from world-renowned Fernie Alpine Resort and just five minutes from historic downtown and the Elk River. Inside the building, an indoor pool and steam room are ready for a lazy morning swim or a deep warm-up before dinner.

Step through the door and the kitchen is right there on your right, with two stools pulled up to the counter and a dining table for two close by. It's a full kitchen with full-size appliances and a dishwasher. It's stocked with oil, salt, pepper and locally roasted coffee beans, plus seating, cutlery and tableware for two. The bathroom sits just off the entry, with a tub and shower combo for a long soak after a cold day.

Past the kitchen, the space opens into one bright room. A gas fireplace anchors it, and the queen bed faces into the room under a ceiling fan. There's a wall-mounted TV with cable, and a large window lets in the daylight. Air conditioning keeps things cool on summer afternoons. Everything is on one level, so there's nothing to climb once you're home.

At the far end, a glass door opens onto your covered ground-floor balcony, with a natural gas BBQ and seating for two. Throw dinner on the grill and eat it outside in the mountain air.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. As a Silver Rock guest, you'll also have access to the building's pool (open as early as 6am), hot tub, steam room, and small gym, plus underground parking and a ski locker (bring your own lock - or reach out and rent one from us). Please note, the communal areas at Silver Rock are all subject to closures at any time, sometimes without notice, due to various circumstances.

Once your stay is confirmed, we'll email you a secure link to your personalised StayIn guest guide, which sits outside of Vrbo. It has your check-in and check-out details, reservation, parking and property info, plus the option to accept or decline our damage waiver (see below). The code will be visible five minutes before your scheduled check-in time. If you won’t have internet access at check-in, please message us in advance so we can make other arrangements.

Accidents happen, right? Upgrade your Vrbo coverage with our optional damage waiver. For a small fee, you're covered for up to CA$1,000 in accidental damage, like lost keys, broken dishes, stains and scuffs. Opt in or out via your StayIn guest guide. If you skip it, you're responsible for any damage. It doesn't cover damage caused by any animal, intentional damage, negligence or extra cleaning.
