Welcome to the Bluebird Cottage, a charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home just 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! Sleeping up to 6 guests, this inviting retreat brings everyone together with an open living, kitchen, and dining area. Start your morning with coffee on the front or back porch, explore the neighborhood walking trails, and gather around the shared community fire pit after a day of sightseeing.



The Space:

Our Favorite Things About Bluebird

Warm interiors, inviting gathering spaces, and front and back porches make the Bluebird Cottage a comfortable home base for your Chattanooga getaway. Share a meal, unwind in the living room, or head out to explore the neighborhood’s two walking trails. A Pack ’n Play travel crib and two stair gates are provided for families traveling with little ones.



Home Layout

The main floor welcomes you into an open living, dining, and kitchen area, making it easy to spend time together. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials and includes a 12-cup drip coffee maker. The dining table seats four, with additional seating at the spacious kitchen island.



Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a half bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer, and access to the back porch.



All three bedrooms are upstairs:

• Primary bedroom: King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and double vanity.

• Second bedroom: Two twin beds.

• Third bedroom: One full-size bed.



A second full bathroom with a tub and shower combination is located down the hall.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire property, including the front and back porches and the washer and dryer. You’re also welcome to enjoy the neighborhood’s two walking trails and shared community fire pit. Firewood is provided by the community.



The Neighborhood:

Bluebird Cottage offers a peaceful neighborhood setting just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Take a stroll along one of the community’s two walking trails or spend an evening around the shared fire pit before heading back to the cottage.

Getting Around:

We recommend having a vehicle to explore Chattanooga and the surrounding area. The driveway has parking for two vehicles, with additional parking in the circular cul-de-sac at the end of the street.



Other Things to Note:

Stairs: All three bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs. A half bathroom is available on the main floor.



Community Amenities: The neighborhood walking trails and fire pit are shared with others in the community. Firewood is provided by the community.



Exterior Security Cameras: There are two exterior security cameras: one at the front door and one at the back door.
