Great location. Parking available nearby. Newly refurbished, clean and tidy. Modern keyless entry and great communication from hosts.
Above a pub so noise is to be expected. A little annoyed about being told quiet time is from 10pm when the pub was blaring til past midnight. From our room it sounded like the pub toilets were next door - could literally hear conversations and the non stop hand dryer going off.

Rooms were very clean and all amenities were appreciated. Bed was comfortable.
Very cold at night, potential draft coming from window even though it was shut.

A new hotel which was nicely decorated. The room was small but had very comfortable bed, sheets, towels etc. (unfortunately didn't sleep well because it was so noisy) In a great location in Liverpool.
The main downside was how noisy the room was! I could hear every car going past, every conversation happening outside, music from the bar below, conversations in the rooms next door etc. It was probably the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel could be way better if they invested in better soundproofing and fitted internal doubling glazing. As a temporary measure, maybe supply earplugs?

"Location was good and easy to access. Room was clean and seemed very recently done up, nice and fresh. Still smelt of paint!"
