Recently restored with great taste in total respect of tradition, the house is furnished with fine furniture and is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house, wi-fi internet connection, satellite TV and mosquito nets in every bedroom. The beautiful patio, equipped with a barbecue for outdoor dining and the private, fenced infinity pool, that allows you to enjoy the relaxing landscape that surrounds it, are very beautiful and unique. Fully fenced garden.

The farmhouse is characterized by a large (5,800 m2), beautiful, completely fenced and well kept garden, where the infinity heated pool of rectangular shape, measuring 11.90x5.22 with a maximum depth of 1.40 meters, is located, whose fence prevents access to small children. The equipped patio allows you to have lunch outdoors even in the mid-seasons. We are in the heart of Chianti, a few kilometers from Greve in Chianti, with all kinds of shops and the weekly market in the square. All other towns, Panzano in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda are easily accessible by car. Florence is about 30 minutes away, Siena can be reached by taking the Via Chiantigiana which offers splendid views of the vineyards for which Chianti is famous. San Gimignano is also quickly accessible. There are many wineries on the farms where you can taste the best wines of Tuscany.
