El personal muy amable y atento, excelente servicio me gustó el trato del personal, área limpia y en muy buenas condiciones.

Tal vez por la temporada hacia mucha calor. Solo que la cama estaba muy pequeña

LA UBICACION ES MUY BUENA.

LA HABITACIÓN NO TIENE VENTANAS , SE ENCIERRA MUCHO EL CALOR Y AUNQUE HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO SE PUEDE TENER TODO EL TIEMPO PUESTO POR CUESTIONES DE SALUD , NO HAY VENTILACIÓN Y HUELE A HUMEDAD DE REPENTE. LA ATENCION ES BUENA Y AMABLE, AUNQ PEDI OTRO JABON AL DIA SIGUIENTE Y PEDI LO COBRARAN PERO ME LO DIERON PERO NOTE CIERTA MOLESTIA.

El personal es sumamente amable, por el precio se entiende que no haya tanto confort.

Lo llaman desayuno pero solo es pan con café, a mi punto de vista lo deberían llamar cortesía de alimentos, no desayuno. Excelente ubicación.

Bien para el precio y si la estancia es corta

La ubicación es excelente y tienen estacionamiento propio

Que nos tocó una habitación en el último piso y son muy pesadas las escaleras, no hay elevador por lo cual no es accesible para personas con discapacidad y otra que en la madrugada se olió muy feo la habitación por el drenaje del baño

Fraude, no te dan lo que reservas

Que no respetaron lo que reserve, es un engaño, ya estando alli y que subes a la habitacion y te das cuenta que no es lo que reservaste te dicen esta sujeto a disponibilidad y despues de llaman para decirte que si quieres lo que reservaste tienes que pagar mas y no de muy buena gana. Camas muy duras, almohadas incomodas y toallas asperas. No les intersa lo que reservaste porque lo hiciste por booking asi te lo dicen. La razon por la que hice la reservacion es porque decia con balcon y no se me dio.

excellent location in the centre of Puebla. brilliant daily cleaning service. comfy bed. reliable and safe hotel

wi-fi was very patchy. window didn’t open to outside only to courtyard type area. no lift which was irritating as we stayed on the third floor.

Well located.

The receptionist was horribly rude and unfriendly. There was no porter and we had to lug our cases up two flights of stairs, when there were perfectly nice empty rooms on the first floor. We had three rooms, none with windows, one with a leaky a/c, one with noisy plumbing and smelly drains, one with a blocked basin. We asked to be changed to the much nicer rooms with windows and were told they were expecting a large group. We never saw another guest in the hotel. We had booked rooms with breakfast included and when we asked where the restaurant was, we were informed there wasn't breakfast, just a "coffee break".

Muy privado, cómodo, agradable en general

El control de la pantalla no servia y aunque pedí otro en recepción no me resolvieron nada, hice la reserva para cuatro personas y solo me dieron toallas para dos y sien pedí más toallas no me las proporcionaron, por ultimo, necesita mínimo una ventana o algo para ventilar la habitación, ya que olía a drenaje

El hotel no tiene elevador. El desayuno es café con pan y una fruta. Considero que debería llamarse cortesía y no desayuno. La habitación que me tocó estaba en el 4 piso y hacia demasiado calor. A pesar de que me dieron ventilador, tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta. Me hubiese gustado tener vista a la calle, ya que me sentía encajonada

El hotel está muy bien situado, esta limpio y el personal es amable.

La habitación no tenia ventanas. Hay aire acondicionado, pero no hay manera de tener ventilación natural. Las toallas, viejas pero limpias.

La ubicación.

Instalaciones de la habitación muy deterioradas a simple vista, una habitación muy calurosa, habitación sucia (En el piso había residuos de comida), y los muebles manchados y se veía a simple vista.

We have chosen this place due to.location and nice looking photos of the rooms - unfortunately this is misleading - since they gave us ompletely different rooms than advertized. They were much worse of course. So we cancelled the stay.

Rooms provided are not the ones from the offer - no windows, no high wooden ceiling, smell of mold. Terrible, we could not accept that and needed to resign. No help.from the Staff to solve the problem. Staff not speaking English. Lot of time lost due this misleading offer. Be careful.

Is close to the civic plaza, museums, restaurants, and the staff is so kind. Really nice place.

The staff was nice

The room was much smaller than in the pictures. There was no ventilation in the room as it didn't have windows. I requested a room in the lower floors as I was going with a person with disability and they refuse to change. There is no lift and the room was in the third floor

Very good

Room was very nice and clean. Good modern bathroom. Staff were nice and happy to store our bags for a few hours after check out.

Breakfast not included as stated when booking - it's only a small pastry and jug of coffee and juice set up in the lobby. This should be clearer. No way to ventilate the room without opening the door, which meant it got very hot at night as we did not have Aircon. No drinking water available for guests.
