The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Elly and Jose. It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay in the heart of the city. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were very clean and beautiful. It is more like a 5 star hotel without the 5 star price. The water pressure was strong with nice hot showers if you want. Huge old wooden doors that cover the windows, could be shut to block out street light and noise. The continental breakfast was nice with fresh seasonal fruit.
There is nothing that I did not like.

Lage, sehr zentral, dadurch auch einige Zimmer laut
Das mit dem Zimmer gebuchte Frühstück ist traurig: Joghurt, Früchte, Toastbrot., Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne. Wenn man ein richtiges Frühstück will, muss man eines extra zahlen. Wir sind gleich woanders hin Frühstücken gegangen..Ganzer Service war nicht besonders.
