Check in was smooth and the Concierge was very helpful getting us a Taxi
PARKING - I was disappointed that the Hotel did not have underground parking within its own building structure - we had to go half a block down to park , take a plus 15 back to the hotel - it was slightly inconvenient - although it worked the set up was a pain

Nothing
There was no where to park in front of the hotel to check in. Homeless people were in the elevator. Told staff and they didn’t do anything about it.
