The room was not ready even though we checked in at 5.30 pm.
The receptionist wanted to give the customer a missing towel when the room was not ready. I didn't like that.

The staff was pleasant, Kirtan was helpful when he needed to be. Although it seems as though the hotel is understaffed as Kirtan was on the front desk almost every time i passed by day or night.
I was told the property is under renovation, yet I saw no one working on anything during the time I stayed. Stairways were dirty and in one instance smelly, floors were not mopped regularly. The men's room in the lobby was locked and I was told to use the woman's which I did but was unable to wash my hands because there was no sink. I was told the furniture had all been upgraded but It was definitely not the case. Burn marks on the furniture, stuffing coming out of the couch when I checked for bed bugs I could easily determine the mattress had nod been replaced, (no bugs by the way). Breakfast was mediocre at best. Wyndham needs to step up and provide additional resources to get this hotel up to snuff. Based on my experience I will not stay at another Wyndham again.
