Decent accommodation minus the noise

It was located close to the airport

The noise from the planes taking off among landing. The room was not prepared with soap, water and kettle. I had to request one.

Good location but tired hotel.

Location near the airport is great. U er cost $28.00.

It’s really tired and all the rooms need a makeover and upgrading. The bathrooms are small and dated.

Otima para pernoite entre voos

Shuttle gratuito de e para LAX, pratico e rapido. Como o aeroporto esta em obras tem q andar um pouquinho com as malas ate o local do pick up mas nada de mais.

Chopp caro, chuveiro demora um pouco ate descobrir que tem q puxar pra acionR.

Près de l'aéroport, le prix intéressant et le côté pratique.

Hôtel bien situé, près de l'aéroport de Los Angeles. Très pratique pour s'y reposer avant de prendre son avion. Très pratique pour s'y reposer avant de se rendre chez le loueur de voitures situé dans la même zone.

Peut-être le menu du petit déjeuner. Ce serait bien de le varier de temps en temps. Imaginez si quelqu'un a réservé pour plusieurs nuitées, être obligé de manger les mêmes plats au petit déjeuner chaque matin. C'est un peu trop. Ceci n'est que mon avis.

Location was great rooms were terrible

Our first room smelt like weed. Carpet was old and worn and felt dirty. Bathrooms were old and worn with shower curtains from the 80’s Light switches were yellow Air con was noisy The lobby was modern and clean but the rooms didn’t continue with this aesthetic. Very disappointed for a Hilton Front desk staff very helpful and friendly

Clean and comfortable. OK for one night stay.

Location was great. Nice a close to the airport. Lobby was spectacular and there were loads of choices for places to sit, have a drink or find a bite to eat.

The room was quite small compared to others we had stayed in during our month long US trip. The room was quite out dated.

Clean, comfortable and impressive

Beautiful lobby, convenient restaurants, and store very clean. We met a gentleman by the name of. I believe it was Reggie very nice man. He helped us with our luggage twice. Explained what was around in the area brought us water. Excellent excellent gentleman the shuttle service to the airport was very good so I would highly recommend the Hilton to anyone going to LA like we did.

The only negative thing I can think of about the property is it’s in a more industrial area part of town. I guess there were some eating establishments not too far from the hotel within walking distance, but that’s about it. There’s nothing more I can say negatively about the Hilton.

Room old shower head old and rusty. Out AC did not work our remote did not work so we could not even watch tv. Surprised we had to pay 59.00 for parking. Hated this hotel.

The room at first was not well clean: at all it didn’t have a refrigerator

The room service person only did the beds. They didn’t wash the toilets everyday, we ask for towels they never brought them. I will say. They need to be more clean when they give you the room at first

Rooms require renovation, and I would look for other hotel if I need to park a car.

Conveniently located with free shuttle to airport terminal. Staff was very helpful.

Rooms are old and need urgent renovation. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Bottled water is also very expensive at the lobby area.

Convenient, comfortable for what we needed.

It was convenient for our first night before we moved on our trip. Hotel exterior and lobby was very modern and felt high end for price we paid.

Our room was a little dated the shower was particularly difficult to operate.

Im November werden wir dort wieder Gast werden

Die Lage zum Flughafen kann nicht besser sein, das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. lll Vom Fluglärm war so gut wie nichts zu hören. Das Frühstück wurde allen Ansprüchen gerecht.

Frustrating and disappointing

Me and my family choose this hotel regularly, we like its location, close to the airport and easy to access.

This time, our stay was not good. Several things did not work, and our stay was not comfortable. Parking was simple chaotic, over saturated and the system did not work several times. Air conditioning at the room was constant and could not turn it off, making our stay really uncomfortable. Our room was not cleaned in two occasions even though we did took the privacy sign every day, we had to call to ask housekeeping to clean and they were not sure what happened. To sum to all, I tried to buy a bottle of water at the vending mashing, and and I had to go to 6 different floors in order for the mashing to work, some just took the money, others did not work and other did not had water.

I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The room was ready before check-in, and the shuttle service was conveniently located. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Good overlay hotel, shuttle

Location, proximity to the LAX. The shuttle from the airport worked out well, although it was very packed.

It took around 45 minutes to get my luggage delivered to my room. I thought that was rather excessive. When returning to the airport the next morning, there were so many people and luggage, I had to get a Lyft in order to ensure a timely arrival.

The shower handle fell off when using it. The bathroom was a bit dated. Expected more for the price and name.

The inconveniences in this derelict room made my stay very unpleasant.

Room No. 9002 When wanting to take a shower before retiring for the evening I discovered there was no water. I called down to reception and was told it was too late to take a look at it, but it would be dealt with the following day. I had an early morning flight the next day. There was no microwave or refrigerator as advertised. The bathroom was without liquid soap or bar soap. The price for the room was $166.36, which was exorbitant for such a derelict room.

Bed was comfortable

I booked a twin suite but the receptionist started talking about a double when we were checking in. Only when I challenged and showed the booking on screen did they offer a standard twin and compensation vouchers. Originally when I booked I had wanted a standard twin but there were none offered on booking.com.
