Voor een Hilton Hotel outdated en een beetje shabby, Niet echt schoon geen flesje water niets. 1e kamer ging niet open 2e met moeite. Het geheel gaf een verwaarloosde indruk. Totaal geen service.

Well located, great view of Miami and close to great amenities

The location is ideal, the pool is lovely and the facilities are good!

It’s a bit dated and the windows etc were so dirty it was hard to enjoy the view!

Não usei Café manha pois o mesmo não estava incluído diária; mas tem opções acessíveis. A localização é TOP menos de 10 minutos do MIA lugar lindo com lago em volta . piscina externa bem quentinha; TRANSFER para MIA cada 30 minutos

Do preço , não é um hotel barato , do café manha não estar incluso nas diárias mas tinha opções e eram acessíveis. O estacionamento é pago a parte.

Sólo tiene una bonita vista a la laguna con el downtown al fondo y el aeropuerto al lado.

Es un bonito hotel, estuve hace 10 años pero la calidad de las habitaciones ha bajado. Me tocó una habitación que estaba demasiado alejada de los elevadores, una manija de la puerta de ducha rota, la cabecera de la cama en cuero descascarado, no tiene la apariencia de "bueno" por las calificaciones que tiene. Me dejó mucho que desear. El parqueo no es gratuito.

Hintansa arvoinen lentokenttähotelli.

Tykkäsin hyvästä ja monipuolisesta aamupalasta. Allasalue oli viihtyisä ja sitä sai käyttää jo ennen kun sai huoneet sekä huoneen luovutuksen jälkeen. Huone (sviitti) oli iso ja siinä oli myös suuri parveke. Lentokenttäkuljetus toimi hyvin.

Sisäänkirjautuminen hotelliin vasta klo 16.00 Saavuimme paikalle pari tuntia etuajassa, jolloin huone ei ollut vielä valmiina. Lupasivat lähettää viestin, kun huoneemme olisi valmis. Klo 17 mennessä ei ollut mitään viestiä tullut, niin mentiin kysymään ja silloin saimme huoneen avaimen. Milloinkohan oltaisi saatu huone, mikäli emme itse olisi sen perään kysellyt. Hotelli jo vähän "kulahtanut". Huoneiden siivouksessa parantamisen varaa. Hotellin vastaanotto sekä käytävät aivan jäätävän kylmiä, 15-18 astetta. Ei ilmaista WiFi-a. Hotellin henkilökunta ei kovin ystävällinen. Esim. laukkujen jättö säilöön jäi tekemättä, koska meitä ei huomioitu laisinkaan.

die lage des hiltons ist ideal zum einchecken nach einer späten landung.

badezimmer war nicht sauber. der kühlschrank war gefüllt mit bereits stinkenden Fleischwaren des vorgängers. das ganze hotel hat die lebensdauer erreicht, und eine renovation sollte in betracht gezogen werden.

Did not feel good value for money.

The location was good and beds were comfortable. The room was nice and clean.

Old fixtures and fittings that looked shabby and worn. Aircon was very loud and we think we could hear the toilet/shower above us but unclear where this additional noise came from. Breakfast was ok. Several guests chose to come to breakfast in their bathrobes or pyjamas which tells a story of the type of traveler this poor Hilton has to handle.

Lugar perfecto para descansar y llegar temprano al aeropuerto sin sufrir por el tráfico.

Integral todo con buen mantenimiento y servicio. Las instalaciones, jardines con iguanas, habitación muy cómoda, limpieza, room service excelente. Todo muy muy bien.

Regadera. Los chorros de la regadera eran escasos y apuntaban a todos lados. El enjuague para el cabello no salía, estaba tapado. Todo lo demás muy bien pero bañarse era incómodo.

Hotel antiguo que requiere modernización

Limpieza y habitación amplia.

El hotel denota mucha falta de mantenimiento y antigüedad. Estuve en el 2012 y se puede decir que ya no es lo que era. Sumado a que el WiFi tiene costo extra. La verdad es una vergüenza pagar 450 usd por noche de una habitación y que te quieran cobrar extra (10usd) por acceder al WiFi. No son los 10 dolares que tranquilamente podrían estar incluidos dentro de la factura final. Lo que molesta es el adicional innecesario.

So So....

The location is perfect. It's 7 minutes from.the airport and the view and outside amenities are nice.

The rooms are out dated especially the bathroom. The hallway rooms have an odor. The showers heads are very nasty. Water stains all over them. I would replace them. There's no chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view.

I will never ever return to this hotel and I will also discourage people not to go there.

The room was outdated but decent

The customer service at this hotel was absolutely pathetic. I tried to get a toll away cot for 4 hours! This was unacceptable after our long overnight flight. My twins are boy/girl and 10yrs old and can’t share a bed, I asked the desk when I checked in if I could get one, and that was at 4pm. I had to call an hour later and I tried 6 times to call the front desk and there was no answer. I had to walk back downstairs to talk to them in person and there was a massive line I had to wait it. I finally sent a text message to the staff and they responded that they would be right up, 90mins later, there was still no roll away, so I once again tried to call the front with no answer, so I went down one more time and finally got the bed up to our room around 8pm. After a long night of travel and and exhausted family, this was unacceptable. Some of the tile around the pool was loose and I almost lost my balance with my wet feet, what a safety hazard.

Chambre un peu "vieillot", pas d éprise USB dans la chambre pour charger téléphones et appareils électroniques, il fallait avoir plusieurs adaptateurs pour se brancher sur les prises, prix de la chambre 2 lits élevé (285 €)
