Great location right in the centre of Banff. Convenient car parking on site. Friendly staff on the front desk and at breakfast.
Hotel could do with some modernisation (e.g. electrical and USB sockets next to the bed). Room was a little dated but functional. Housekeeping was patchy (we returned home to find our room hadn't been cleaned by 16:00). Breakfast was served in a room off of the basement carpark. A little odd! Breakfast was overall somewhat underwhelming.

We initially had a room facing a interior wall. They moved us immediately upon request. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel had a very nice breakfast. It was very cold when we arrived but our room was nice and cozy. Great staff at the front desk. They suggested restaurants and each one we tried had excellent food. Great location. We paid for parking in the garage which was easy to access. Would stay there again.
Nothing that I can think of!
