It was so much nicer than the photos.
The room we had was small but really well fitted out. We didn’t use any of the cooking or drink facilities but it was all nice quality and well thought through for a comfortable stay. The heating and air con were good
This is a great place for families and the pool was very popular all times of the day into the evening so make sure if you like a lay in you aren’t pool side ! Loved the no noise policy 10pm-8am it did mean little folk weren’t running amok too early.
Great location in the upper village with different food options around and about too. Parking was underground and secure and fab being able to get the lift to the accommodation.
The noise from the fridge in the unit was a mixture between a lawn mower and a Gruffalo. It came on every hour and chuntered along for a good 20mins. It woke both of us up regularly and was really intrusive. We couldn’t switch it off much as we longed to.
The receptionist who checked us in was curt to say the least. Rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. Concierge services were pleasant but keen to sell us a time share and tickets. In a very gentle way however not hard sell. She was very helpful about the area

Our 1st room had quite a bad smell.

The hot tub facilities, the kitchen and the washer & dryer convenience.
The check out procedures should be listed on the back of the front door - especially about taking out the garbage. Seems like we had to clean up ourselves. The parking instructions weren’t clear or visibly posted. Narrow parking stalls and other visitors in huge trucks taking up two parking stalls.
