I loved the feel of the space and was extremely happy with my room.

I enjoyed the bagel selection at breakfast. I loved the location of the hotel in downtown Hershey. The room was comfortable and quiet.

My room was very dim in the bathroom. I also had a picture on the wall above the bed which seemed like it might fall off.

Nice place; close to Hershey Park

It had plenty to do. Pool, hot tub, Fitness room, small game room. Loved the free breakfast

One elevator had a very abrupt landing.

The front and lobby was beautifully decorated for fall.

Close proximity to our actual destination.

Outdated, needs updates. Could use a better thorough cleaning. The breakfast offered was lacking.

I won’t be back to this location.

I likes that it was within walking distance to restaurants and they had a complimentary breakfast.

I had roaches climbing up the wall on my room. the carpet was not vacuumed and the ceiling had dust whenever the AC went on you could see the dust flapping on the stucco ceiling.

Staff, pool and comfortable bed

no elevator had to walk 4 floors to room. Breakfast was fair. Room door would not lock.

The location was excellent and perfect for our visit to Hershey and the nearby attractions.

Staff was very friendly, inviting and helpful.

The guest elevator was not usable. I guess it was broken.

Adequate, would stay again

The beds were very comfortable. The furniture in the room was “vintage” and worn but functional. The desk between the beds was large and useful for a Cpap, meds, water, etc. The location was very close to the Hershey attractions. Staff was very pleasant.

The breakfast was almost all carbs no eggs other than boiled and no breakfast meats of any kind. Hotel was a bit noisy but tolerable. Bathroom was small with the sink outside of the bathroom. The charging port on the desk had only one outlet that worked properly.

Superb

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. What I liked most was the price! I would definitely stay here again .

Appreciated the continental breakfast. Would have liked to see some protein though. But honestly there was really anything we didn’t like about our stay.

Exceptional

From the moment I walked into the door to check in, the staff immediately greeted me and Welcomed me to the hotel. The lady who checked me in made me and my family feel welcomed! We stayed at this hotel as our family was in the area for a basketball tournament. The room was clean. The pool and the arcade was a hit for our boys! All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

We had gone to the pentatonix concert and the weather was great. Overall we had a good time.

Staff was very friendly. Location was a plus - easy walking distance to shops and restaurants - and close to the Giant Center.

The rooms look worn. Breakfast is adequate but compared to other hotels is lacking (usually scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc has been in most hotels offering breakfast - coffee machine was not operating, shouldn't a backup be in place?... The room was definitely 'worn' in appearance and the bathroom had seen better days (while showering water continued to flow from the tub spigot).
