Prime location! Walking distance to Rodeo Drive, shopping complex and short Uber ride to other great locations.
Randy at the bar was a true gentleman.
The room we had was relatively small (not much room for luggage if you’re travelling) but to be expected. The location is so good you won’t spend much time in your room.

Comfy bed, great location and amazing that we got to use the pool at the sister hotel just round the corner. As well as the gym. Staff were lovely there too.

Was supposed to be booked into the hotel but they moved me to a different hotel called the Mosaic round the corner without advising me.
Room smelt terrible in which I advised staff of and they sprayed a bit of air freshener.

they rooms were Insanely small. the walk way between the bed and desk was not wide enough to reel my luggage Into. I had to slide it onto the end and push to other side where I could open the luggage on either side of bed nor In front either the room. i hade to place luggage on bed to access my belonging. There was what looked like blood on the floor (huge stains). we traveled from 9 hours away for special occasion and were sweaty tired and wanted to shower and change as we had to run an errand before our special dinner. we did so there was a clump of hair in shower. we left as there was no time. we ubered and left car keys and all belonging inside the room. when we came back we were locked out. the gentleman downstairs made new keys. didn’t work. came up tried us didn’t work. brought manintence didn’t work. no master key. nothing worked. two hours later we still did not have access to our room sitting on the floor of the hotel waiting to access our things. missed dinner , lost our $100
deposit and reservations we made a month prior. no car key as it was locked inside. we choose to not stay there and we’re waiting for our things as we were best hand devastated on missing our anniversary reservation we drove down for. we did not get out belonging until I insisted the bust the door down and demanding I get my thing. this after 10 pm and we had been waiting since about 5/6. we were promised it would be comp voucher for dinner and drink tickets. we got two drink tickets and charged for rest. noting was refunded as of today. emailed booking several times and no response. called in and sent in virtual circles and hung up one. Beyond I drifted and disappointment in not only booking for their lackof customer service but the property as well for not following thru ruining our trip. i know that it wasn’t intentional. this was 23rd of June and o refund was issued. no dinner deposit was given back.

How close it was to where we were going
Definitely had "the shining" vibes about it. Hot water quit working

My room was quite comfortable and it was unbelievably quiet. But it was the staff that made my stay so pleasant.
The toilet felt wedged too close to the wall. The toilet paper holder was practically under your elbow.
