C’est pas la première fois que je viens à la strat ,surpris de devoir payer 20€ par jour pour le parking 🤔😡 c’est comme la piscine qui ferme à 17h alors qu’il il y’a un super soleil 🌞 avec trente degrés 🤔le pire c’est que le personnel passe fermé les parasols à 16h 🥵et nous dit que si ont veux de l’ombre il faut changé de place……🤔sûrement des aménagements pour le bien être du personnel 🤔ne parlons pas du bar de la piscine un peu plus de sourire ça serait bien 😁😉👍oublié pas les clients 😉merci.

Plutôt bonne expérience, meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Le rapport qualité/prix imbattable L'espace casino est agréable, pas trop cacophonique. La vue depuis les étages supérieurs. La proximité du Monorail qui permet d'atteindre facilement tous les hôtels du Strip.

Le personnel est souvent désagréable, rarement souriant. Particulièrement au check-in et au Strat Café. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisée des chambres attenantes et du couloir. Les chambres rénovées et "elevated" se trouvent en fait dans les étages inférieurs. Nous avons éé logés au 4e étage avec la fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur... Aucune vue. Nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel à la fin de notre séjour, et avons pris des chambres standard qui se trouvaient aux étages supérieurs avec une vue magnifique pour un prix encore inférieur. Seule différence constatée entre les deux types de chambre, l'absence de régrigérateur dans les chambres standard. Mais il y a un distributeur de glaçons au bout de chaque couloir, ce qui permet de garder les boissons au frais. Chambres standard à privilégier selon moi.

Very inconvenient

The water was not working during our stay. At certain points, only the cold water worked. Other times, the water was too hot. I played and experimented to get a warm consistency and it did not get warm. The sink did not work. It overflowed from when we first got there. There was a little overflow from I’m assuming the previous group who stayed in our room. The free WiFi did not work. I usually have a great stay at this hotel but I am very disappointed with this stay.

Near the strip

Construction going on inside the casino, a lot of ppl smoking, needs to be a free smoking zone, they didn’t let us know we had to pay $20 per day for parking.

Good. 7 out of 10.

Our initial room was not clean. Dirty towels and bed was not made. Ig the room just want ready in time. But when they gave us another room which was a suite, we were highly satisfied. Staff was friendly, great location, great casino. Just that one inconvenience.

Glad to be back home… needs better housekeeping

Staff friendly and helpful

No housekeeping for the four days… no clean towels… no face towels… no wash rags… room not cleaned… trash not dumped… needs air vents in bathrooms… 5073 didn’t have a chair… same trash in hallways all four days…

Overall my stay was nice and pleasant

The facility was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly

I’m a smoker and had to continually go to my car to smoke, one section of the hotel should be for smokers only in the rooms

the location is OK.

the room is not so clean. the housekeeping is not doing their job 100%. the worst is the WIFI! SUCKS!!! not working at all.

I won’t be rebooking with strat if I was to return to Las Vegas.

There was not much I enjoyed about the hotel at all. The bell staff were incredible and super helpful.

Property was outdated and needs repairs. because they allow smoking in the facility our room smelt of smoke, the room was small, had no fridge or coffee/tea making.

Nice but doesn’t offer anything that warrants a $44.95 daily Resort Fre

We stayed in the North tower, rooms have been renovated, pretty accurately depicted in the pictures. In house Starbucks and McDonald’s as well as some market/souvenir stores are really convenient. PT’s Sports Bar has good food, decent prices. View from the tower is worth checking out, discounted tickets for hotel guests. Delicious ice cream at the cafe on 108 Level. Blended drinks were well made! There’s also an in house comedy club and shows.

The nightly resort fee of 44.95 plus tax includes, discounted admission to the tower (it’s still 9.00 a guest) access to fitness centre, in room single brew coffee, seasonal access to swim and social (not available this time of year) “complimentary” local and toll free calls and discounts on shows and attractions, not specified. This is an exorbitant amount for access to basic hotel amenities, and seasonal access to the pool (there’s no discount on resort fee for off season) and access to discounts you may or may not want. Also one of our rooms didn’t have a hair dryer the other didn’t have an iron, was informed by the front desk that not every room gets a hair dryer because they don’t have enough for every room!! Again, a basic amenity!

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but the staff did not keep a small group together.

The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was beautiful. The hotel was clean.

We asked for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us six floors apart. I asked if there was anything I could do to change it and they said no. This was a family vacation and it was extremely disappointing that our rooms were not on the same floor (especially because they were booked months in advance). The rooms being six floors apart was stressful and took away from the overall vacation.. The hotel was not as family friendly as advertised - Only one of the three rides advertised was open (I was traveling with teenagers, so the rides were one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel). I had suspected that the pool would be closed, but the emails leading up to the trip advertised it as something to do which created false expectations.

Is at the end of the strip, thou is at an easy location to find a bus. There was an odd odor in the casino area like humidity but the place was ok and worth the price. No complains

La Stratosphere queda corta en la parte hotelera.

Las instalaciones del casino y de la torre en si, junto con el personal del hotel que fue extremadamente amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con todo.

Habitación sucia, con olor a cigarrillo (siendo que es Smoke free) y muchas piezas con malas vistas.

Think twice...

Smoking room accommodations available.

Took 45 min to check in, even with early check in option. Staff seemed to not care one bit. Asked for a manager, waited an additional 15 for her to come from the back office. Promised to comp me the resort fee for that night and NEVER DID!!! Mattress had a huge "dip" in the middle. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Comodo y bonito pero tiene sus detalles

La habitacion es bonita y comoda. Me gusto mucho el baño.

El aire acondicionado hacia ruido como de un carro encendido y nunca lo llegaron a arreglar aunque llame 4 veces a la recepcion. El agua de la duccha se quedaba estancada y no bajaba.

Expected better for the price.

The suite was large. Spacious.

The lighting was awful. If you turn on every lamp in there, it's still dark. Need ceiling lights that can be turned on by wall switch. Not bright enough in bathroom to do makeup. No bathroom fan, odors linger for a very long time which is awkward. Didn't get coffee replaced, after we asked digital concierge, and a housekeeper who was right outside our room. No microwave for heating leftovers. The parking lot pay system is terrible. Trying to scan each day and pay, while attendant is screaming for you to keep moving. Didn't get any housekeeping service after 1st night, were there for 5 nights. The trash built up in tiny cans. It wasn't the worst place we've stayed, but won't stay again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would go back again I just wouldn't stay for more than a day or two.

I liked the location of the hotel and the different food options that were available inside. I like that it had its own convenience store but the prices were so high.

I did not like that there wasn't any microwaves in the room. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking especially since we were staying in the hotel. I can see if we were there for an event but they charge no matter what. Also the convenience store prices were really high.

Absolutely horrible I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anybody. I’m not a complainer, but this was bad.

Not much. The rooms are rundown, and absolutely disgustingly dirty. we changed rooms because there were stains on the bed and nothing had been cleaned. It would have to say it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime not just one time. We had problems getting checked in from our booking and the staff were rude and then consider it. They sent us to the back of line over and over while the issue was resolved even though it was a 10 to 15 minute wait each time. instead of working with us to fix the issue, they kept telling us we had to call a number. Probably the hardest time I’ve ever had getting checked in and taken care of getting up to our room was a complete disappointment as the room was absolutely disgusting.
