We got to our room turned on AC thought it would get cooler it was hot. There were no cups for water or water bottles in room for the resort fee you would think they would also have a fridge. TV would flicker off and on due to losing signal. Not a good experience at all especially for $300 a night.

It was okay. I wasn’t very impressed with our room though. It did not have any drawer space nor a refrigerator, just an empty space where one was supposed to be. Also, it was very warm in our room.

There was no fridge/or mini bar or any bottles of water , soda etc I called front desk and no one ever got back to me. The room was dirty and was missing. Towels and there was garbage - I called the front desk and no one ever got back to me other than they said sorry and they were busy

toilet seat was not self closing, no conditioner available for shower, refrigerators have been removed, no where in Vegas has coffee maker in room, tiny amount of closet space. room was very spacious, and nicely furnished

Including taxes a quite expensive hotel. No refridgerator or coffee machine, what is to be expected in a hotel like this. Highlight: chin chin restaurant and the whole atmosphere in the hotel

I picked this hotel because of the suite seemed to be perfect for my daughter’s 30th birthday. We were celebrating my birthday as well. I gave a few low stars for room and food. The room was just ok. The bathroom was kind of small for a suite and had no fan. I felt like the room was missing things such as a coffee maker and microwave. The mini fridge was super mini very small. The bed was comfortable but the roller coaster was right outside our room so that was kinda loud. As for the food options at this hotel there were plenty of options but way overpriced for the quality of food you get. The only real good place to eat was at the all night restaurant the Americana very good food well priced and great service. If you have visitors the have to pay for parking it is expensive. You also have to pay resorts fees at check in. I probably would not stay at this hotel again when you can get much nicer down the strip for same price. I had a hard time with self checkout the system was having a problem and had to keep putting in my information. Lastly I went to bell desk to get our luggage and the girl told me I have to scan my ticket and fill out more stuff. At this point I was like why are you people getting paid for me doing your job!

The bartender told me I was drunk and can’t walk after 4 beers in 4 hours. I’m handicapped my left toes don’t move . When I was walking away from the bar to leave that’s when he said that. Tyson Cronmiller is the assistant manager I spoke with and no results happened

Easy self check in and self service elevators. Rooms were fine. No hair conditioner or mini fridge were a surprise. Had issue the last day of our stay when we were randomly accused of being the cause of our friends' fraudulent parking charge--- we did not have a reservation together. Instead of realizing their mistake on their own they called our room expecting we'd pay for something we did not utilize or have any idea of what they were talking about. They were rude and condescending without their mistake.

Only there for 1 night, 12 hours. The price of the hotel was reasonable. Late check out costs you, but if you don't use it they will refund. There iscav free luggage storage but do it early otherwise you are with every other petson at 11am checking out. Lots of food options inside even at 1am. But the prices!!!! 3 sandwiches, 2 canned alcohol beverages cost $100. Insane!! All in all, it's be back.

Wonderful hotel on the strip. Room is spacious, decorated nicely. Bed is comfy. Downside is no mini fridge or microwave, very inconvenient. Elevator was quick. Easy to navigate around the hotel, casino, and restaurants.

Not really up to par with previous experiences. Even though we were in a "Players Suite" the room was devoid of anything but furniture. Not even any coffee stirs. The door didn't shut all the way, the hot tub didn't function, and the caulk in the tub was split and molding.

I booked a soho king 350 sq. Ft. What I received was a very small room with a king bed. My son booked the same room and got what he paid for. Room 1776 had no drawers for clothes. A table with one chair which we had to move to get around the bed. One standing lamp with no outlet to plug into. Bathroom was spacious. Service was good. We had hangers delivered because three was not enough. Had a blanket delivered. This felt like a dorm room. My son’s room was what I expected and paid for. We booked six weeks ago and this hotel is quite large. I expected better.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Wonderful for kids too. No mini fridge in our room caused us to throw a lot of good food out. I haven’t stayed in a nice hotel in years that didn’t have one, so I was surprised.

Check in process is so easy, love the use of the app and ability to communicate with staff via chat. Elevator system is really top notch and simple. Definitely noticed the upgrade in condition of rooms. We enjoyed our stay, will be back!

We did a Sun to Fri get away trip. Check in was ok, the hotel had personal with tablets doing check-in’s with people standing in line to accelerate the check in process. I didn’t care for because the line was moving and I wasn’t given enough time to read all the information that they were asking me to sign for. Once we got to the room We were satisfied with it, except that the was no mini fridge. We were told we could order on for a fee. That’s a first for me. Over all it was an ok stay but we will not be returning. There are better options in Las Vegas.

It was a surprisingly great stay. The room was tastefully decorated, so many restaurants to choose from (our favorite was 48 Crepe) and the pool was so warm, I stayed in the water for hours even though it was March (I never go in the water). The cleaning staff was excellent as well. The reason why I dinged one start is due to the lack of a fridge.

We had the spa suite which was very nice - hot tub in the room and everything. The reason for 4 stars was the shower. It was the oldest shower I have seen in a hotel, literally looked like something your 90 year old grandmother would have in her house.

We were very happy with our stay. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and had a view of the strip. We needed more hangers and 5 minutes later they were delivered. The next morning I went down to the front desk and asked for a refrigerator. It was brought to the room in less than 30 minutes. All the employees that we had contact with were very nice. There is plenty of food choices in the hotel. Our room was clean. Thumbs up!

The Irish pub in there is absolutely delicious! Roller coaster was so fun. My daughter and I had a great stay!

Everything was very simple from check in to check out using the app. Good choice of restaurants on site. Enjoyed the casino along with the arcade. The roller coaster was not as loud as we had expected and had no problem with any noise keeping us awake at night.
