Not a big fan of the Mandalay Bay and MGM resorts. Upon arrival we were told that they would charge my card $300 for any incidentals in the room and that it would be refunded after our stay. That was not the case and there are resort fees that she failed to tell us about. The room was dirty upon arrival. There was an old sock on the floor. The floors were dirty there was a stain on the bed comforter that looked like, well you can imagine. We told the hotel about it and they didn't really want to do much. They ended up taking out the resort fees which amounted to about $150 Our last day there they forgot to service our room. They were supposed to come and do it later but they never did. The manager was supposed to call us as well so we could let them know and they never called. We went to the MGM Grand to watch Cirque du Soleil and they canceled the show. Didn't offer us anything for the hassle. I'm just sick of the way that corporations are running these hotels now in Vegas. You can't use the refrigerator They don't even give you a free cup of coffee in the room after paying over $300 night. They want to gouge you for every little thing they can. At this point I will no longer stay at MGM hotels anywhere.

Room had a funny smell. No bathrobes was a head scratcher for $400/night

Enjoyed my stay with my grandson. Clean and comfortable. There was no menu in the room and even with help at front desk we were unable to see menu on TV. Ordered food blindly with no notice of prices. The food was not good for the price. Spent $90. for hamburger and fries, chicken tenders that weren't tasty, my grandson only took couple of bites and some fries. I also ordered drinks, my grandson had water and I was surprised my $8 tea was a can.

It’s ridiculous to pay the amount of money you were paying for her room, then be charged a resort fee for each day, and then, on top of that, be charged for parking.

Amazing hotel to stay in

Poor handicap considerations with parking and elevators to the "M level.

I have stayed in several mid-Strip properties, but favor Mandalay Bay's rooms overall. The Strip facing view simply cannot be beat for the price and quality of view.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mandalay bay resort. Everything was beautiful. The beach area was so clean but family friendly. The cafe and restaurants all had Great service! The staff was friendly and made u comfortable. The House of Blues featured R&B group Jodeci ! I happily enjoyed the concert! And Loved the Michael Jackson one Show!!! I was BEAUTIFUL TO SEE. GREAT MEMORIES. MY HOTEL SUITE WAS LOVELY, MY VIEW OF THE BEACH. AREA AT NITE WAS NICE . 5 STARS !!!! My casino play was also good! I enjoyed the payouts!!!! Lucky me!!!. The weather was comfortable. I will return very soon this summer. The LasVegas vibe was 🔥🔥🔥🔥.

We loved the place. We wanted a suite close to the Vegas strip to walk with our family. The price was not that bad. The only recommendation I will give is to read inside the hotel room before taking any snacks or beverages!! They charge 25.00 a water bottle! I didn’t know until I read the tiny sign. The hotel should do I a bigger sign .

The accommodations were great but the bellman and valet services were clearly overwhelmed…likely due to downsizing personnel. We waited over an 1 hour then decided to take our own luggage downstairs only to wait for our car for another 45 minutes. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and the head bellman was apologetic once he learned the situation and tried to comp a meal, but we just wanted to get out of there as we were already late.
The VIP lounge was underwhelming. There’s no reason not to have a coffee maker and coffee in the Presidential Suite without having to pay for the mini bar, room service, or go to the lounge…which was closed Sunday morning. I spent an hour in the Starbucks line to get coffee.

My husband got a severe case of food poisoning. We spoke to someone at the front desk who was not helpful. She left a message for the Food & Beverage Manager to call us. We never received a call. Very disappointing. Spent over $200 at Kumi. Will never go back!!
Went to Vegas for a seminar and my husband had to miss the second day after spending a terrible night with cramps and 5 bathroom visits. Wasted a lot of money.

Met some great staff during our time here for a volleyball tournament. Enjoyed the Libertine and the S-Bar. Very helpful wait staff. They dealt very well with the massive crowd here to watch these amazing athletes.

The hotel is getting out of date. The bathroom was not clean. The gym is not up to standard. Restaurants and bars give a good variety of options.

Firstly, our flight arrived at 8:30 am, and I had tried to buy early check-in on the MGM App, they advised us to download, and was never able to complete the transaction. By the time we arrived to the hotel, they had already closed down the early check-in option. There was no where to wait comfortably with children for the 3pm check-in. Security advised us that we could not wait in the bar area with our own 11 year old daughter. The bar was empty and I had my senior citizen dad with me. I reserved 2 rooms and asked that the rooms be next door, on the same floor or nearby. The first room was ready at about 3 pm. I was informed I would receive a text when the next room was available. We had breakfast at the hotel, which of course is always pricey. We left with a few leftovers we thought we would be able to heat up in the room. We checked into the first room and it was lovely. I was hugely disappointed that there was no fridge, microwave, and you had to pay for coffee! Why would coffee not be included, in the city that never sleeps. At 5:30 pm, I approached the front desk to inquire about my second room, I was first told I could not get information on the room because they forced me to put a name on the room at booking, my son's, and then told me they couldn't give me info on the room. I was told they would text me when the room was available but that didn't come. Finally at 8:30 pm, I called the front desk and they said to come and get the keys!

The fitness area for the size of hotel it is was terrible. Small and next to zero weight machines. Booked this hotel almost exclusively for the wave pool, lazy river, and beach area for our two kids. We were assured that they were heated- which they really weren’t. And beach/wave pool was closed 1 of the 3 days we were there. Was not happy at all.

If you like your sleep, don’t stay here. I had an interconnecting door (I was later told all rooms have it by the front desk) and I could hear EVERYTHING from the adjoining room from the door closing to shutting to people talking and the TV. I could not sleep the whole night and requested for a room change. I was told they don’t have a single room available (I could see the same room available online at that time) and even if they did move, all rooms would have the same problem. The person on the phone (I believe it was Awnie or something) was extremely rude, kept repeating the same sentence like a robot and eventually hung up on me. Pathetic service, zero hospitality and rude staff. I am going to the Wynn next time.

Loved staying there, very clean, spacious restrooms very nice. Only downfall was $80 a day parking because our family truck is high. Other than that it was great. Thank you

We had 16 people all meet and stay at the Mandalay Bay. It had something for everyone. The pool, the aquarium, restaurants, and casinos were all so much fun. We liked how everything was connected and close enough to everything, yet far enough away to have some quiet moments at the bar and restaurants. The Delano hotel was a great place to stay. The wait staff was amazing and very friendly. The pool area was a great place to relax and catch some sun as well. Highly recommended and will stay there again next time we are in Vegas.

Good place and close to Allegiant stadium. Check in was not as easy as I thought. The entire hotel and casino was nice and clean.

Overall a nice place to stay! Had great options for food! Aquarium well worth the visit! Tram was a benefit for travel to and from the next door hotels ( Luxor and Excalibur), so not lots of walking needed to reach strip. The room itself was nice. Had bathroom necessities such as blow dryer, shampoo, body lotion, hand soap, and body wash. Usually have to bring my own so was nice to make use of theirs instead. Parking was easy and you can apply it to your room key for a cheaper price which helps! I wouldn’t say the room is worth $400 or more a night so if you could get cheaper it’s an excellent stay!

We arrived and were told that we were upgraded to the Delano. Upon arriving to the room, the door was open and housekeeping had a cart parked in front of the door. I called for the housekeeper and there was no answer so I moved the cart aside and found the housekeeper sitting in one of the chairs watching Fox News. She didn't seem the least bit bothered by this. It was apparent she didn't clean the entire room. We found leftover food in the refrigerator and a lot of hair on the bathroom floor where someone had been getting a haircut. We spoke to the front desk about our complaints and they offered no resolution. We will not be staying at the Mandalay Bay again. I attach photos.

Had the best time, everything in our rooms were perfect. The restaurants was the best food and service we experenced during our visit in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino

Great stay. Please be upfront about how to get out of the parking garage with room key. Make sure room key works to get out of garage.

We were staying close to the airport because we had an early flight. This hotel is very convenient to the airport. The signage about the minibar (sensory activated!) and the charge for putting personal items in the fridge ($50) were surprising. Our floor was noisy most of the night. Check in was originally pretty backed up but luckily there was a representative that could check us in with a tablet. We had the opportunity to check in with the MGM app, but it required putting a lot of personal information (Drivers license!) on the app which I am not comfortable with. As with most Vegas casino/hotels, finding the registration desk from the parking garage requires walking through a long noisy maze. Positively, the bathroom was huge and luxurious. The bed was comfortable and we might have slept well if the neighbors weren’t yelling in the hallway all night.

Fantastic service. We stayed 3 days and never left the resort. Every single restaurant in the hotel is amazing. For my birthday we wanted good food, a good show and rest. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of complimentary coffee service in the room. You had to purchase the coffee cup set up from the in room mini bar. Overall I loved everything about this hotel. I very rarely give reviews but the staff at this property were amazing and they went above and beyond to make this a memorable trip.

Great room. Very spacious. Convenient location to drive to Orleans arena. Wish that more pools were open though.

Be prepared to get charged for everything! If you want to use the mini fridge in the room expect to get charged $50 a day, yeah that’s right. They have sensors in the mini fridge so they will know if you are storing items and will charge you. You may want to take your own ice chest. Be prepared to pay for parking everyday even if your a guests. If your room is on the side side expect to hear airplanes from the airport. The bathroom door automatically shuts and wills scrape the top of your foot. Very disappointed, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our bed had someone’s period stain on the white bed sheets. When we called guest services to have them change the bed, they kept giving us several excuses. They did not apologize or take are of the issue until several hours later. Would not recommend this hotel.

Accommodations and overall experience was great!

I specifically paid for a strip view the Las Vegas, but when I checked we had a room with no view and a $50 credit, I was left with no option but to accept that because it was too late to find a hotel that would have it. I believe the hotel or staff could make it up to me in a better way because I know they had rooms available in their huge tower. It ruined our entire experience please don’t stay here or make sure you get what you pay for.

Our room was nice and clean. It was a long walk to the parking structure, and they only had liquid hand soap and no hard soap, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.
