Everything was okay except that the room service wouldn’t listen to us to clean our room or bring us towels. We called them 3 times they said they were coming and never came and when we opened the couch up there was a wet towel and wet sheets.

Our first time staying at the MGM was a good one. The only thing i didnt like was in our two night stay our room did not get cleaned. I found it odd since they are such a great place to stay.

It was excellent experience to stay MGM GRAND.

Very bland welcome which I guess is expected due to the volume of people the agents check in. I had an issue that still to date has not been addressed. If you’re looking for warmth and personal attention when an issue happens do not expect it here. The room was very clean and well maintained as is the rest of the property. The hallway housekeeping staff and gift shop cashiers were super nice. Breakfast was very basic and the steak and eggs should be removed off the menu as they looked and tasted terrible. Be sure to stay in a Grabd tower room as the Studio tower rooms will make you feel Golden Girls reruns vibes.

The front desk was kind of snooty and the room was not properly cleaned from the last guest . There was makeup brush left on window seal and hair on bathroom floor

They nickel and dime you death. You even have to pay to use the fridge. They offer a lazy river and you have to buy a tube to float on which are $35..

Extra fees at check-in were an unexpected surprise. No usb charging port in the room sucked. Beds were uncomfortable. No access to a fridge was silly considering how much the room costs.

Just bathroom little dirty but everything else was perfect

Beautiful pool & hotel. We don't get the grand king we booked initially. They did give us a grand 2 queen instead. Problem was the room smelled off. Like the carpet was damp and mildewy. I'm not sure if it's normal now to not get daily room service, but we didn't receive it any of the days of our stay. Our pool daybed and service was wonderful though.

Wonderful restaurants! Pool and Top Golf enjoyed! Staff in Salon was great! All staff very friendly and helpful! The carpet in our room was wet like it was just cleaned when we checked in so was damp our whole stay. Room windows allowed a lot of light in, blinds were not able to shut out light completely.

This stay really sucked. The MGM did not stack up compared to the many other hotels we've stayed at. The room was grungy and pools were not available. Bad choice. Wont go there again.

Extra $69 resort fee and $18 parking fee!

It was okay for the money. Easy check in and check out

Good location, easy access to monorail. Far to large to easily get around though, will stay elsewhere next time.

The beds are like sleeping on planks! You have to walk about 3 miles to get to your car in self parking area. Other than that things were fine.

The hotel is good for the quality of the restaurants, cleanliness, and especially the pools, particularly the lazy river pool, But the check in and follow through was not good, I booked 5 rooms a ling time ago and talked with the reservation staff about being close (it was a family reunion), or at least the same floor. I went through it when I checked in and it was assured it would be that way, but we aere as far apart as could be. The check in experience was not good aside form that as they did not tell us we could get access to the pool area as we waited from about 10am to after 3pm for a room (a was not expecting immediate check in but at least given acces to the pool as the lobby has no sitting area, no seats whatsoever and you can only eat so much in the restaurant. They do not provide coffe makers in the room and no free coffe urn in the lobby which seems cheap for an upscale hotel. The room was ok otherwise, the cleaning staff was extremely friendly and efficient. We did have a good time and dining optins are good too.

The rooms are dated. The air conditioner was at the lowest but was not cooling the room.

I liked the room. I didn’t like at 9am the maid came in while I was using the restroom. No knock or anything. Wait until check out time at least!

First time in vegas, cant believe there is no fridge microwave or coffee makers. Just plan greedy.. staff was nice and room are clean , just outdated in my opinion. Wouldn't stay there again.

Overall the hotel was nice, but it is time to upgrade. A lot of little things, broken tiles, walls discolored etc. The restaurants are amazing and the service was good.

Staff was exceptionally courteous however the cleanliness of the suite was sub par. The shower still had hair in it, no one vaccumed and those carpets need to be torn out, extremely dirty

The hotel never came and clean our rooms. And charged us just for opening the fridges

The room was fine, it just sucks to spend $300 a night and the room does have a refrigerator or microwave for use.

20 stations to register and only 2 people working number one went to room 2 glasses in bathroom were nasty unclean no refrigerator no coffee pot forced to waist money at starbucks no microwave 16 dollars for a gas station style sandwich this place a total Ripoff two thumbs down and one chair in room looked like it was chewed on by a dog

Disappointing stay. Rooms and decor were drab with poor amenities. Not so much as a coffee maker in the room. Housekeeping didn’t come till nearly 4pm. No late checkout available. Shower pressure was awful and the remote for the tv barely worked. Aside from the concierge service which was helpful, the rest of the stay was sub par. Many better values to be had at similar price points.

Always a nice place to stay in Vegas. Safe , clean

It was fun. We met some very nice people.

The location is great, easy access to the monorails. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you an extra $45 hotel fee for every night/day that you stay there regardless if you paid your entire stay. It is a charge that they charge you when you check out.

Checking is hard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had room issues, and it was fixed with a comp dinner. Besides all the gambling limits increasing, Vegas is what you'd expect it to be.

Hotel was nice - however I booked this hotel specifically for the lazy river. Before I booked it, I called the hotel directly and asked if it would be open during our stay. I was told it would be opening a week prior to our arrival. I purchased floats and transported them with me… head to the pool and was told lazy river doesn’t open until end of month!
Another small issue - none of the plugs in the room would charge my phone as they were all loose…
Aside from that - checkin was smooth as was checkout.
Pool bar was super busy and one guy working. He was super awesome and going as fast as he could but the line kept growing.
Also, would be nice if the fridge wasn’t just for the mini bar. No room in the fridge to add in other items and could not remove the items or they would be charged to your account once you lifted them up.

A good room but might have had bed bugs. Needs a coffee maker in the room and fridge that the guests can use, not just for the mini-bar

Clean comfy beds service is great

I love MGM but my view sucked couldn't see nothing but top of pipes no scenery at all .

Overall, okay. Good restaurants, but decor is outdated and good luck getting a human on the phone in Guest Services or Concierge Services. The gym is tucked away in the spa--I only found out from the facility (cleaning) staff and from security (who were pleasant)--being charged $45/day in resort fees when I couldn't get a human on the phone, the gym is so far removed from the guest rooms that just walking over is a workout (and takes considerable time), and guests have to check themselves in (including printing keys) and check themselves out was an unpleasant surprise. Even if this fee is mentioned prior to booking, the lack of available service doesn't justify this expense.
