Very nice building, quiet neihgbourhood, beautiful gardens on the channel, easy access to the beach, free use of bikes. The gym is very good and the pool is small but almost nobody there. It is good that the building has few floors, you can acces apartment directly by stairs or no wait for the elevator. Also you dont need valet parking and can park right on the door of the building. Overall we had a very good experience.

Nice apartment and very clean, big enough to be comfortable. Kitchen nice also

Not a good location if you want to stay at beach, pools are very very small and difficult to access somehow.
