The location was in a great area.
The one thing that could have been better is a better use of the space. I rented a double bed and it did have 2 beds. The space to get to the bathroom was tight.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
Roaches in room. Bedding was stained. Was overcharged double when compared to another couple we were traveling with for basically the same room.

The room was nice but remote to tv did not work properly
The day staff were friendly and the night staff were very unfriendly, also the lady that refills the breakfast was very rude to guests and did not properly maintain the food items

location was convenient but parking and rooms were just average.
rooms were small. kitchenette needs updating. bathrooms were small and could use updating. hallways were hot and muggy and rooms were the same - couldn’t sleep in one bed because it was literally next to the AC which would blast the person sleeping in that bed with AC one minute and humid air the next.

Nothing.
There was no hot water and the manager was rude. We booked for 6 nights but had to change hotels after the second night. We stayed there last year and the water was tepid then. This time we called the hotel before we booked and asked if they had hot water. They told us yes. It wasn't true. When we said the water was tepid, they did nothing and the manager was rude. We will never stay there again.

No blankets for in room fold out sofa bed

We had a King suite for a family of 4. We knew we'd have a fold out. The room was spacious. There was lots of table and sitting space. We were able to borrow games to play outside. We also ate breakfast and dinner outside because the weather was nice out. Breakfast had a ok selection and we went back for snacks. We got more than we expected.
Our bath soap wasn't completely full. We had to milk the pump to get soap out of it to shower our stay was 1 night so we didn't feel like it was relevant to call house cleaning for. We wanted to check in sooner than 3pm. House cleaning didn't have anything ready so we went to our favorite SA Pho place to eat. Not really a big deal. Just a bit inconvenient.

my room AC was leaking so badly it went all the way under the bed next to AC. told someone at desk but never got help.
