I did like the kitchen, in general. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was effective. We had plenty of room in our suite for 4 people. I really liked the amount of storage space, we had plenty of drawers and shelves for everyone to unpack their suitcases.

The floors were dirty (when we walked barefoot, our feet turned black), and there was some trash under the bed. There was no remote for the television in the front room, but I did not have any expectation of two televisions. The one television I expected worked perfectly. I did not complain about any of this while I was there, we were gone most of the day with family, and I did not get a chance - I am certain the manager would have had the room cleaned if I had complained, she was very nice.

No breakfast offered.

The room was posted no smoking but smelled like someone had been smoking cigars in the room for a very long period. My wife got sick from her stomach. The floors were filthy!!

Not a single thing.

Staff was rude. Room was not ready. Had to wait 3 hours longer for room to be ready at 7:00 pm. Horrible customer service.

Quick and easy

Shower was clogged up. Took a shower with my feet in about 2" of my dirty water.

They location, the staff, the cleanness of the room and property, the helpfulness and the price, ALL AMAZING!

I had nothing to complain about. I liked it all.

Front desk clerk was very helpful and hospitable.

“non-smoking” room smells like smoke. stood outside for 2 hrs trying to get inside in the cold weather

The service, everyone was very nice and sweet, I loved the home away from home feeling. Comfortable beds, lighting. Cable T.V Beautiful bathroom, cabinets and countertops, the fact we had a freezer and refrigerator made so much worth the trip here

Only issue I had was there were a few roaches, but other than that it was very exceptional
