Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Extremely convenient to go to Universal.
There was really nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. The only downside is that it is quite expensive, although the price includes the Universal Express Pass, which definitely adds value to the stay.
