My room was clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast. No waffles, No pancakes, No fresh fruits. Other hotels have better breakfast service. That’s the only thing I didn’t like much. Sorry

Near airport and downtown

The rooms were in deplorable condition. You walk in a humid room, had to turn on ac upon arrival. The bed pillows were 18x18 throw pillows. Not comfortable and dirty. The bed sheets were soiled, clearly not replaced prior to our stay. My complaint about the room was that my reservation was not taken by the hotel so I would need to reach out to the 3rd party provider. The mirrors in the room were all cracked, there was contact lenses on the bathroom floor left by someone.. The sinks in the bathroom and toilet closet were both cracked and dirty. The sliding door for bathroom would not close. Was literally off the track and we could not slide open or closed. The elevator call button to descend was not operable, you had to press the up button each time and hope the elevator wasn’t full going up to hitch a ride. The couch in the room was dirty and needs cleaning. We washed our own sheets in the hotel laundry room. Worked out in the makeshift sauna as the workout room was stuck at 80 degrees and could not be adjusted. The fan that was in workout room did nothing blowing 80 degree heat around. There are many better options available near by, this should not be listed as a Marriott property. The rooms are run down and in major need of renovation. Pictures shown of rooms are not comparable.

Everything was very clean! Staff were excellent! 24 hour shuttle service to the airport was very helpful.

The shower glass looked like it had not been cleaned (water marks). Also, there was no light for the mirror area, so it was not the best for shaving.

The rooms were spacious and the location was close to a lot of places we needed to go. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The vanity light in our bathroom was out and nobody was able to replace the bulb for us. It made putting on makeup and doing hair very difficult. There is no overhead lighting in any room. Lamps just don’t put out enough light in my opinion. Also, the toilet had a hard water stain that needed to be addressed as it looked as if the toilet had not been cleaned. The shower had a broken conditioner dispenser and conditioner was dripping out onto the shower wall. These issues were addressed with front staff. The one thing I didn’t mention was the condition of the sofa. There were a lot of stains. I didn’t even want to sit on it.

I missed having waffles like most other hotels the lock in the door for the toilet room in my room didnt work but it was ok.

The location, value and service at this property are excellent. Always on point. I use this property to fly in and out of San Antonio to the East Coast. The shuttle service is exceptional, the best I've ever used.

The smell in room 326 is moldy/musty and there was black mold looking stuff in the shower. I stayed in other double rooms on the 3rd floor that were excellent. This just seems to be one room that needs attention.

I liked everything about the hotel. It was really pretty and clean. And the service was great and the staff was really nice. I really recommend this hotel.

The only thing was that it would be perfect if there were a little bit of more options for breakfast, like packages or waffles and stuff like that. But the other foods were good too.

Location is fabulous. This is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to use this property every time we fly out of SA airport. The room is very comfortable and the amenities are spot on. The value is the best in town. We have left our car here now for a second time and no other place beats the rate. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
