I had to apply a lot of pressure to my bathroom door to be able to close it

Our room was extremely clean, and well maintained.
The water in all faucets was either hot, or boiling. The door did not lock once closed. So if we left, anyone was able to walk in. We did use the deadbolt when we stayed and overnight.

The location was perfect and the room with jacuzzi was awesome.
The staff at the front desk was incompetent.
