The location was the closest we could get to Manawa for the Rodeo. The rooms were clean and orderly and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was quite adequate and we had plenty to eat.
No elevator and we were on second floor. Both of us have great difficulty with stairs and had to carry our own luggage up. I d.id not ask for a handicapped room when I made reservations because we didn't need handicapped rooms. However, I was unaware that there was no elevator and I don't remember it being mentioned in booking.com.

The location wasn’t bad do we made the most of it.
The room smelled and the overall hotel was not very clean. The staff was not friendly. I felt uncomfortable everywhere we went.

Very clean. Hot tub and pool were very nice.
.It's the noisiest place. Doors slamming. People just loud. Found out the doors didn't close all the way. You could puss on them and they'd open. Scary. We left day early.

Easy check in cuz we got in late at night.. ver ynice guy and respectful. Clean room. But a little down fall the couch bed didn't have sheets or pillows for it so that was the only bad fall and we didn't really have to bother ppl underneath because we were above the lobby. :) we will stay again for sure.

The staff was super-friendly and efficient. Everything was updated---very clean and comfortable. Very good hot breakfast.
It probably can't be helped/changed, but the lighting over the sink/mirror area was extremely poor---very frustrating. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay!

Nothing because I was over charged. I paid $270 for Saturday night!! Everyone else paid $130. They kept telling me it was because I used your service. One way or another I was overcharged by your company or the hotel. I know it doesn't bother you but I won't use your service again.

Everything was very good. New, comfortable bedding. Very good breakfast.
Did not like the use of all the styrofoam for breakfast - non-recyclable. Would be nice to see eco-friendly paper products instead…especially in today’s climate change situation.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms. Really really good breakfast. Soft water. Overall it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in a long time. I generally stay in a hotel 5-10 times per year.
