This hotel opened just 13 days ago we were told when we came. Location was great! We came to see the fall colors and the ski jumping activity/ figure and fancy ice skating at the museum and arena.
Check in and out of the hotel was a breeze.
Liked the keyless entry into the rooms.
The faucets for hot and cold water were turning in weird directions than what we were used to. It was not usual.
Elevator was too small- can take 2-3 people at a time. Can’t take too much luggage in one go. Have to make multiple trips.

Staff was friendly and very helpful Sitting room was great with a fireplace and microwave. Porch was huge with lots of chairs. Staff was willing to carry luggage from car to hotel and from hotel to car.
Rooms had no closets and one small nightstand for each side of bed Shower didn't have grab bars and no cut outs for bar soap They did have containers with shampoo and soap Hotel has been renovating for years and it continues Because it's an historic site there is only so much they can do.

I had a bed to sleep in. indoor plumbing
a tv that was easy to use. a light bulb in the lamp. someone at the desk to allow for immediate check in
