The property was located very close to the program I was attending. It was right on the main drag, well lit, an attractive building. It was a bargain considering all the pricier places to stay in the same neighborhood. It was clean and neat, but inside and out, and the gentleman who checked me in accommodated my request (at the last minute) to change my room from a second floor to a first floor because of my difficulty doing stairs.
Because the property was being rented at a very low cost (for that area), I didn’t expect fancy accommodations. Some of the furniture looked a little worn, but for one night, when I would be asleep most of the time, this was NOT a problem.

The room was small but good enough accommodation. Parking was free a plus. The area to get to the room was in the back. It was good enough.
Small. Hard to use work space.

It was very convenient for the venue we were visiting.
It could've been a lot more modern and up to date.
