The location is great. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly.

I enjoyed the fact that the staff was friendly and hospitable, but when I stated that my room didnt need to be cleaned during my stay, that wish was respected. I had several thousands of dollars in electronics in that room and some of the equipment is very sensitive to any aerosol products. I explained this to the housekeeping staff and they were very accommodating.
I had no dislikes.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
Our keys would not work in the doors. Several other people couldn’t get their keys to work either. We were all in the hallway waiting to get in our rooms. The staff even had trouble getting them to work and to ge the doors to open. It took way longer than it should have. Once in the TVs didn’t work. The staff did come and get them to work, but had to disconnect and reconnect multiple times. When we tried to use thr phone, it didn’t work because all the cords were disconnected from it. Not sure if cleaning staff did that or what, but it is odd that we had to plug in all the phone cords. Our bathroom was not very clean. The gravy at breakfast was cold,
