Exelente hotel

The hotel has a very good location, close to the beach, restaurants and many shops to walk, very equipped with everything you need, I would definitely come back again,

disappointed, not what we thought we were getting when we booked.

the location was ideal.

not sure where to start. it felt dirty, the shower never stopped dripping, the walls were dirty with marks all over the place. There were no beach towels, the 2 chairs that were provided were broken and extremely rusted. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Not that this matters but there’s a giant water stain on the carpet directly in front of the door in the hallway. The tv in the bedroom didn’t seem to work, it was extremely confusing to turn on/work. coffee machine was provided but no coffee? Had to basically clean the condo before we left or else we would’ve been charged? pull out couch had no sheets and was covered in stains.

Did not like the room asigned to us ! when we asked to change to another one since they had plenty available the lady that checked us in said it was imposible because we reserved thru Booking and we should off booked directly so we spend the two days I an apartment that was depressing. No house keeping service, you have to make your own bed and washed your dishes The second bed was in a very depressing small room with no window, the bed lines worn out. The furniture was very depressing it was more like for a winter facility and it looked old. The check out time is at 10 am

Better options for the price. Will stay somewhere else on our next visit.

Walking distance to Johns pass. Overlooking Marina. wildlife.

Mold in elevator (water from hurricane Ian) just outside our room impacted our breathing. This should have been disclosed to guests. Rude and dismissive staff (David). Asked for different room and brought up concerns to David which were dismissed.

Difficultly checking in. room was clean but outdated. bed was comfortable

view was nice. location Most staff were nice.

Furniture was dirty, Sofa was uncomfortable and needs to be upgraded. I sank on the sofa. The bathroom fan was very noisy. When we got to the facility the room requested was not the one we asked for and we waited an extra 2 hours to be checked in. The front door to the facility did not close by itself.

love the location but

location was amazing

no toilet paper ,dish soap ,hand soap ,floors were not mopped ,showers not clean, not enough towels for the amount of people the room can support.

Beautiful location, inconsistent accommodations.

I liked the proximity to the site of the wedding we were there to attend as well as the proximity to the beach.

The original room we were booked into was deplorable. After spending a sleepless night there ( worrying about the source of an undetermined odor and it’s impact on us) we had to request a transfer to another unit in the newer building.

Very disappointed for the amount of money for the room. It was a dissaoiintment.

We were there for a wedding for our niece. The wedding was beautiful. Not anything to do with the resort. The room was very old fashion , smelled and when I went to open thy e slider it was very difficult . Also none of the light switches matched a light. Very dissatisfied . Another family member had to ask for a new room due to the fact that it smelled like smoke.

Outside of a being a great location, the stay was a disappointment because of the much-needed update

The balcony over looking the water was nice and calming. The kitchen appliances were nice.

The bed mattresses were absolutely too soft and very uncomfortable. We did not get a good night sleep because of the mattresses were too soft and old. We both sank into the middle of the mattress. The bathroom sink fixtures were rusted. The bathroom fan was very loud and annoying The furniture in the living room was old and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms, especially, the second bedroom, which did not have a window.

Condo was perfectly located on the harbor next to John’s Pass. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, beach and just everything you can think of. Beautiful decor. View from every window.

Disappointed at Mad Beach Condo

The location was great! The unit was roomy. The beach was right across the street. Nice to have a pool.

SO many signs threatening to punish you if you didnt follow all the rules. Staff was ambivalent at best. Lack of supplies in the unit. Areas that were obviously missed when cleaning unit. No views of the beach.

Staff was nice. Most of the units were fairly roomy and seemed clean. I visited 4 different rooms, since I was there with a group. Location was pretty good.

We had several units. One od thwm had a VERY dirty pillow case, but everything else seemed very clean. They need to provide small containers of dishwashing liquid, not just dishwasher soap. Cleaning staff need to pay attention to details. They should make sure ether are some beach items operational for each room. This wasn't consistent in the different rooms.

Wonderful

It is my second time booking this resort and it has been a good experience. Kind staff,nice and clean place and pretty close to the beach.

We came on time,right at 3:00 pm and had to wait more than 1 hour to get our room ready.

The location

The floors were dirty. They were not swept or mopped prior to our arrival. We had black feet within minutes of arriving. Additionally, 2 empty water bottles were found inside the pull out couch. It was pretty clear after walking through the unit that it was not properly cleaned after the last guest. Aside from that, please be advised that you only have 1 toilet paper roll to work with in each bathroom, so bring your own. The elevator and downstairs lobby are NOT air conditioned so expect to sweat!

Very good

The apartment was very nicely decorated and roomy. Small private balcony with nice view of the intracoastal waterway. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Upon arrival, there were little fruit flies in kitchen and they were there throughout our stay. The mattress on one bed was soft and uncomfortable. Too many people for size of the pool.

I will definitely stay again and again!

love the boats on one side and the beach 3 minute walk. Loved this 2 bedroom room we stayed in, only the main bedroom was 2 twin mattress on top? Weird having an indention in the middle. Other than that it was a great time!

Nice room, nice views, we would stay there again but we were disappointed in some things

The room was very nice. View great.

The bed needs to be updated.. the staff was unfriendly, like we were bothering them, the check-in area was unappealing. The check in time was late, especially when you have to check out by 10am, we couldn’t check in till 4pm.. The pool was unusable because of a defication situation but with no maintenance staff available we couldn’t use the pool for 2/3 of our stay. The pool lounge chairs were filthy..

Overall it was good but that particular condo needs a good cleaning.

The location was great.

The floors in our condo were dirty. Walking in it gave you black feet. Lots of dust under furniture. Very low water pressure.

Felt it was over-priced for what it offered. No dish soap (just dishwasher soap). Furniture was old and looked it. Beds were ok. For what we paid, we were not pleased with quality or appearance. Won't be back

Very nice place to spend a week.

The pool heater could've been turned lower if not off entirely, but I think that's kind of the way pools are in Florida.
