Great stay! If we chose to go to Ocean City again, we will be booking with Castle In The Sang again.

I loved how the balcony had an ocean view & we had an excellent view of the Coconuts singers each night. I liked how it was set up like a mini apartment. We had a lot of room. All of the facilities worked in great condition.

We didn’t get maid service one day we were there (bed made, towels) which was fine. We went to the front desk to ask for towels to take a shower & one of the workers was a little rude to us for asking for towels since we hadn’t received any that day.

We enjoyed our stay, the weather was great for 2 days, cold and windy and cloudy on the 3rd day.

The location, the beach, we like sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. It is very peaceful.

The hotel needs updating. The toilet was too low, hard to get seated and up again, especially for someone in their 80's. The shower head was too low. The kitchen appliances all needed to be replaced, they were all rusty.

hotel on the beach with nice pool and hotel service and parking but needs some TLC. Hotel is expensive for the value

property was on the beach. close to restaurants, has nice pool. hotel stuff front desk very nice. parking pass included in price. short distance to the boardwalk by car about 7-10 minutes

Bed was making noises every time I move. sofa bed was very hard to sleep on. there was no hair dryer in our room after I called front desk they get one for me. breakfast buffet in the restaurant was horrible. food was cold and looked like frozen food just reheated. on the top of that waitress with blue hair charged us extra for one person. pool could be open a little longer it closes at 8 pm. doors didn’t close fully. hotel needs some TLC.

Exceptional

I loved Ocean view window and the easy access to the beach. The Staff very friendly and professional at all time.

There was a fire or something burning in one of the rooms, on the 4th floor. I had difficulty with my allergies. The bathroom was too small.

It not for adults, it's for younger people. Or big drinkers. And breakfast in the basement is not the view I was looking for.

Great beach area. Limited food options.

Room lock a keyed lock, was flimsy and fell out when we entered room for the 4th time. The staff support was excellent after we reported the problem and lock was repaired within 10 minutes and was in greater order after the repair (i.e. less wobbly)

With a few renovations this could be a diamond

I liked the location. The fact it had guest parking. It had restaurant and bar(even though we did not partake of it). Hotel is right on the beach which was great. Nice pool.

I didn't like that the hotel was very old. The furnishings were old not modern at all. Table in the room was missing a part on the bottom, so we had to stabilize it by propping a piece of cardboard underneath. Iron board and iron were old and could be better overall. Carpets throughout the hotel was old and musty, in our room as well. I was not comfortable seeing that there was no security cameras anywhere. So for me safety was a concern especially if your room is next to an exit. It rained while we were there and the top floors were flooded near elevator (this could be considered a hazard). This also gave the place an added musty smell. A few renovations and this could elevate this hotel in a different category.

The location is great staff is friendly

The elevator situation was a bit odd and didn't enjoy the long waits for it. Decor is extremely dated. Anyone from the bar area can access the elevator and easily break into the rooms. Newer doors with key cards that also allow the elevator to keep unwanted guests off is really an expectation in 2022.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel/Staff/Location

walk out rooms to the beach. amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Management was top notch! everyone was pleasant. one of the best stays we have had in OCMD over the last 5 years!

everything was great. I wish it was ocean view from the first floor but completely understand the dunes protecting the property!

Truly disappointed and costly.awful. no breakfast included

Beach access pretty easy but still to far with little kids. I called and talked to the hotel at least 3 times explaining we want beach front. The kitchen was helpful. It was truly miss representing to us and in the whole booking process.was supposed to be laundry in the unit and there was not

How run down the place was for 325 a night and it had a smell to it , not easy to navigate the area.

Just steps to the beach. Staff was friendly. Very clean! Great value for the price. Cute little suite. Nice to have a full kitchen and refrigerator.

The air conditioner was loud. It was located in the living room so the bedroom did not receive an adequate amount of cool air. Although the staff was friendly, many of them were frequently using curse words in the bar restaurant area, which is highly unprofessional, and definitely not family friendly.
