Since you mentioned it, no breakfast was offered.
We like the location and the actual rooms.
The public hallways and elevators were FILTHY. The parking spaces are TINY considering most people have an SUV or a pickup truck. Few people are driving a Mini Cooper.

It was very clean and quiet! And good location as well!
The parking garage area was a little tight but besides that nothing else was bad

It was within walking distance to the convention center.
The exterior was dirty. Lots of trash, dirt and debris on sidewalks and the elevator and walkways.
