Always clean and welcoming!

As always the staff are wonderful, the facility is clean, such a relaxing place. The is our favorite place to get away to.

Convenient location and very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location with nearby restaurants and an outlet mall. The bed and pillows were great. The breakfast was a little weak. There was no hot tea and some yogurt and boiled eggs would have been good. The fruit was excellent.

Good value

Bed was clean and very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean

The carpet in hallways was very outdated and didn’t seem near as clean as room

Our stay was enjoyable okay

The breakfast could have been a little more that could have had like a hot iron with a waffle maker but other than that it was okay the service as far as checking in they were very helpful very friendly great people.

Don’t come stay here if full of roches

The place was filthy and I had roches in two different rooms.the staff was rude I will never stay here again

Great Budget Friendly Hotel

The Red Roof Inn in Terrell was perfect for our needs, i.e. a clean comfortable budget friendly hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There seemed to be renovation going on in the rooms which was not disruptive at all, but the hallway carpet was dirty with construction dust and debris, which should have been vacuumed daily. I'm in the construction business and if it had been my project, I'd have made sure that my crew would take 10 minutes at the end of the day and vacuumed the hallway.

A little landscaping around the motel would make this motel stand out from the others around it.

I loved the front desk clerk he really take the time to know his customers.

Housekeeping. I've stayed in this motel twice both times there was hair in the bathroom and the floor was dirty whoever cleaned that room half cleans it.

Nice enough rooms but won't choose Red Roof again. They could at least work with their customers.

Comfortable rooms and good location. Breakfast was ok but nothing I really would brag about.

My business meeting wasn't until that afternoon and they wouldn't let me check out a little later. I offered to pay more but was rudely told I would have to pay for an extra day. I have had similar stays in other establishments and they worked with me.

We enjoyed our stay at Terrell Red Roof Inn.

Breakfast was great. Always available. Loved the waffles!!! This property is a joy to stay. Staff very friendly and property is immaculate.

Clean outside, the building looked well kept up and there was grass well kept up, good for my puppy. As soon as I walked inside it smelled so clean and good. I knew the room would be as well and they were.The staff were friendly.

It was a good, comfortable stay.

We didn't eat the breakfast because we needed to leave earlier. We're glad it did include breakfast for next time.

The pool could have been a little cleaner. It had a lot of bugs.

I would give this location a second chance.

The location was perfect for the Wedding venue we were attending. The manager Chris addressed my concern while I was there as well as Ms Kathryn, my apologies if I got her name wrong.

I’m hoping Chris follow up with what went wrong on my initial impression upon my visit. First impressions are always then last impression.

No Frills With Great Location and Clean Room

The location is great. The room was clean. It is a no-frills establishment, but as this is what I was expecting, I was not disappointed. They also serve breakfast.

Furniture and fixtures could use updating. The bed was sunken and not super comfortable. Marks on walls and peeling paint made the room look dingy.
