Good not great, close to downtown

The property was close to the downtown area. The room was clean with lots of storage for items. There was also a steamer for clothes. The lounge/bar area was fun, it has tv’s, a shuffleboard, and an arcade game to play.

The shower is a bit small if you’re a bigger person. The property has three parking options: valet for $36, premium self parking for $26, and free parking on the 5th and 6th floor of the parking garage. The free parking is at least a 10 minute walk from room to car which is inconvenient. No free breakfast, you have to order from the restaurant there.

Clean, well stocked room.

The room was spatious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked. Fresh towels were provided upon request without any problem. It was good to have a parking space nearby.

I asked specifically for a quiet room but the noise level from the corridor and neighbouring rooms was very high.

Nice hotel but wouldn't recommend it to any friends of mine.

The cleanliness of the room was great. It was pretty spacious.

Checkout was at 11am. A housekeeper knocked on our door to do her morning rounds at 8:57 am. Our sleep was interrupted so we just got on up and checked out. The parking was not so great. The view from the room...not much of a view at all.

Decent, but not impressed by the “luxury” hotel

Compared to other hotels, decent gym. Free parking. Pleasantly clean. Cool little outside area in the back.

No hot tub. No water available in the gym. The WiFi password was confusing, and no explanation at check in. No ice machine. Without pulling up directly to the hotel to check in, you won’t know where to park. Cute mini fridge that didn’t work. Can’t switch the HDMI on the TV for devices like a Firestick. No microwave.

Lovely, clean and entirely comfortable, the Beeman Hotel lives up to its promises of upscale service

The Beeman Hotel is modern, clean, sleek, and beautiful. It provides the luxury the guest demands. Every attendant is helpful and kind. The valet service is top-notch. Most important, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

The door to the restroom was a modern sliding door much like a barn door. Though this is a popular style now and quite beautiful, the door limits the privacy of the user. It also lacks the ability to retain heat. Though this is considered a low class request, I needed a quick breakfast opportunity. My morning began at 4:30 and I left by 6:30. Hotel restaurants take too long. I guess I could have ordered room service before 6:00 a.m.

Had plans change quickly and they were able to accommodate us.

The staff was great and the rooms are wonderful. We could hear the kid next door after 10 through the connecting door ( not our family).

Charging for parking or Valet parking is a rip off. We have been coming here since it opened and never had to pay for parking. Only free location was back of building in garage ( not connected)

Great Hotel

The staff was very friendly. The hotel smelled nice and was clean. They had complimentary bus shuttle(car service) that took my family and I to nearby places within 3 miles. That was a plus. The restaurant had decent food. The atmosphere was welcoming.

The only thing I did not like was that at night we wanted extra towels for the night. So I call room service to see if we can get some before house keeping leaves and the front staff said that they would bring us some but they never showed up so my family had to go down stairs to retrieve some.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, free parking and pet friendly.

Front desk agents were super friendly and welcoming. I like that there was free parking and security driving around at night watching the place. The ac gets nice and cold and pets are welcomed. The rooms are big and beautiful.

I’ve stayed here at least 7 times and one time I was placed next to the pool on the first level and there was water seeping through the hardwood floor. I told the man working overnight last year and he said he knew, but still booked me in that room. Another thing, this stay in the room I was in smelled really bad. It was like a wet dog smell but aside from that I love the hotel and will be staying here again. It’s beautiful.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect. The hotel was quiet and a perfect location for my needs. I would stay here again.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and the clock didn't work. I did alert staff of these issues.

Great rooms and great vibes in the hotel bar. Couldn't ask for more.

This was my second stay at the Beeman and it did not disappoint. The vibes in the bar are great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again when I am in Dallas.

Nice but noisey from room next door.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The noise from the adjoining room was very bothersome. The charge for unused incidentals is not off of my credit card nearly two weeks later. This is a scam and I won't stay there again if it isn't cleared up immediately.

Disappointing

The room was clean and updated, and the amenities were great.

There was a 20 car break in the night we stayed at the hotel. It did not hit our car, but it did not make me feel safe in the area. The hotel also seems to have had this happen before and hasn't really made any plans to improve.

We had Great Service and loved staying at the Beeman! Great First Experience and will definitely return!

Our family loved the friendly front desk and staff! The hotel has great amenities like an indoor heated pool and restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You could tell the restaurant was very busy and the food was outstanding! My husband and I both agreed they were understaffed it seemed in the evenings and at breakfast especially!! Of course, we were there in busy times and it was raining one night, so there were lots of people escaping the weather at the bar getting drinks as well, but it did seem like the staff could’ve used another hand or two working at meal times in the restaurant.

I left my perfume in the room, i tried to contact the hotel the morning i checked out and the next day with no definite response from the staff. I came back two days later to be told that my perfume was gone! someone stole it!

The most important thing I look for is cleanliness, and it was but I probably wouldn’t come back

it was very loud at night from the air conditioning units outside and the air inside. most places we stay have free continental breakfast, it was disappointing that fresh brewed coffee wasn’t available

Decent hotel, good location.

The room was nice and clean. The gym was fantastic. The service at breakfast was great. The service at the bar and restaurant at dinner was not good. There was one person behind a very busy bar basically doing everything. It was more like take out than restaurant service.

The restaurant service in the evening definitely. The water was $5 a bottle which is RIDICULOUS The Wifi was non existent. No code given and even with trying to pay, it was impossible to use.
