Staff on duty at our arrival were friendly and helpful.
Overbooked and people in wrong rooms. We were given rooms that were already occupied because daytime staff didn’t do their job before evening staff came on.

The location was good. The front desk person was very nice. Bed was comfortable and clean.
The building is badly in need of updates. Old, stained carpet, old bathrooms, I couldn’t get the TV to work. Breakfast closed at 8:00 before most people were awake. Not enough staff to work the desk and clean the rooms.
