Perfect location for visting Niagara Falls, very good breakfast and friendly staff.
They didn't do a daily room check so getting needed supplies or garbage emptied was an issue.

Great Location and comfy rooms!
Breakfast variety could be improved and no water bottles in the room

Everything about the stay was good, except the checkin time. We arrived early and requested for early-checkin, which was not available. This is fine. But, even after 4 PM, the staff kept saying that the room was not ready and assigned us the room only around 5 PM.
Keeping the rooms ready by the check-in time could have given us a great experience. Even when the checkin was getting delayed, the staff did not give us an estimate on when the rooms could be ready keeping us concerned about our room assignment.
