Breakfast was okay
Our toilet kept running. We had to wiggle the handle the first night until we fixed it.

Good location. Lots of parking. They offered some sugar free options.
Continental breakfast was ok. Front desk person wasn’t around very much. Towel in bathroom was left from previous guest on back of door.

Location was amazing, very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Extra blanket and pillows in room.
Wish the continental breakfast hours were longer.

I never write reviews of the hotels where we stayed, but I would like to leave a review of this hotel. First the basics, the location is excellent, with a short distance to the main attractions, good cleaning and coffee, tea and lemonades 24 hours, the beds are just ok, the size of the rooms adequate, but what I marvel at this hotel It's your reception, although it's true we didn't interact with the front desk service during the day because we were busy all the time, the night receptionist gets our applause!! her kindness, her knowledge of the area of the city, her recommendations in restaurants and even her warning for a diverted traffic due to the freshman tour night of the local university! very professional and highly respectful, we don't know her name, but we would always like to meet this kind of professionals in every city!

The location was great, right next to the evergreen cemetery. Very close to downtown.
Had trouble at check-in. We were booked for 3 nights, total was $487ish, they put a $130 hold on my debit card that I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. Gave them the card I was paying with for our stay , on Friday we came back after a long day and night of exploring Gettysburg only to find out that they locked us out of our room. I went to the front desk just thinking our cards needed to be reprogrammed, the girl at the front said they locked us out due to us owing $90.50, I told her you charged my debit card $130 and ran the card I was using for the entire 3 nights, she said that the card was only charged $400 and I needed to pay the rest to get into my room. Fine if I owe it cool what was not cool is that no one called me or anything they just locked us out of our room and we couldn’t access any door but the main entrance.

Great location. Good breakfast. comfortable beds. Well-maintained. Good facilities.
Booking describes the room as handicap accessible, but all it had in the bathroom was one grab bar. There were none for the toilet. at the hotel they said not all the rooms were handicapped and we were not able to get one.

Was not clean and smelled like feet

Last time we stayed there, breakfast was only plastic wrapped pastries. This time there were eggs and sausage, waffles, etc so we were much happier.
i think We stayed in the same room both times we were there, and the foot of the bed obviously sits higher than the head of the bed, on a slope. Was worried about sleeping comfortably but ended up having a good sleep.

Location was very convenient for our visit, close enough to everything while being outside of the traffic, etc.
Staff was very friendly, breakfast was hot & fresh.
Only drawback was waiting for hot water in the shower.

The sheets were so soft! I liked that the tops of the windows were covered. It kept the room nice and dark. Very glad there was a pool for my son. He also loved the included breakfast every morning.
I had no idea we were right next to a graveyard. Luckily, the neighbors were pretty quiet.

Excellent check-in with Alissa. There was more than sufficient parking. The room was a very nice size. There was plenty of light on the side with the couch, but not enough on the side with the closet.
We had booked an accessible room, but did not get it. There was only one grab bar in the tub.

Great price & location. It's close to everything. Come & go whenever you need to. This was our second time staying in the hotel. Staff is always friendly & helpful.
Our refrigerator/freezer was not working correctly. Our drinks did not stay cold at all.

the location was great, our room was spacious and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!
Some things weren’t as clean as I would expect them to be.. the bed sheets had stains on the sides, the bathroom could have used a deep clean and the pool area was.. the dirtiest I think I’ve ever seen at a hotel before.

Friendly staff.
Terrible the whole way around. Crappy room, loud patrons after 10pm, and sand for food.

I have no issues with our stay. Staff, room and location were all great
For some unknown reason they removed an extra $182 from my card that has been held in pending for over a week now, above being paid in full upon check in. We checked in on the 13th, checked out on the 16th. It is now the 22nd and they still have not been returned to my account. No explanation, shifted blame to booking although i travel quite a bit through them and this is the first time this has ever happened.Another lady was standing there while I was trying to get an explanation and said they had done the same to her. My advice if you choose to stay here is to budget more than expected just in case it's common practice for them to hijack your funds for absolutely no reason.

Location was perfect.
Pillows were way too soft. I sleep in a chair due to back pain. Requested a large chair if possible. No chair available so I got very little sleep.
